As per the views of Zeyada (2018), the reward system is simply refers as a motivational activity which an
individual organization perform to get the profitable outcome from the employee and staff members.
Implementation of the reward system at the workplace or a business field is important as it ensures the
employee to have a meaningless and valued bond with the business and company from where the
company can obtain the effective results and employee performance can be improved respectively.
On the other hand Kolko (2021) states that the reward system is related and combined with the
relation to the organizational culture where it helps in the improvement of the overall performance of the
organization and employee and offer the strategic competitive benefit from where the company can be
able to grow and develop effectively. Author also stated that applying the reward system will provide a
huge benefit to the company and also retain or hold the employee for longer period which reduces the
employee turnover rate and scale definitely.

Research Type
There exists various kind of the research methodology that is being used in doing the research. It has namely two types that are the qualitative
research and the quantitative research. The type which is used in the proposed research is the qualitative method that is used for the purpose
of collecting, comparing and interpreting the information and used in the surveys, interviews, records along with the participant observations.
Research Approach
The research approach is about the process and plan which includes the steps related to the broad assumptions to the comprehensive methods
of analysis, interpretation along with data collection.
It is mainly divided into three types that are inductive, deductive and abductive. The type which is being used in the proposed research is the
inductive approach that includes the collection of the data which is related to the topic of interest. After an enough amount of the data has
been collected then it will include the ranges of observation along with the development of explanations and theories for that particular
patterns with the help of series of hypothesis.
Research Philosophy
The research philosophy is related to the assumption, nature along with the knowledge of the proposed research. It tackles with the particular
manner of creating the knowledge. The research philosophy is divided into four types that are the pragmatism, positivism, realism and
interpretivism. The type which is being used in the proposed research is the interpretivism that includes the researcher to interpret the
components of the study and connects the interest of the human into the study.
