the sectors which are working in the units. According to Armstrong and Reitz (2016) creative
thinking and innovation is required in all types of organization from the small startup companies
to the multinational companies.
Block and barriers are factors which exist in the individuals who are present in the
organization. This assignment will align itself in analyzing the creative thinking skills which are
present in Drax and will develop a plan which will be able to promote creative thinking with a
view to enhance the recent innovations which are taken place in the organization.
Drax Group Private Limited is a British electrical power generating company which is
made up of downstream and upstream enterprises. The downstream enterprises of the company
are based in UK itself which is known to run the biggest fuel powered power station in Europe. It
is also known as the largest decarburization project in the UK which has involved in supplying
the country’s 9 percent of electricity. The Drax Group’s upstream enterprises are namely the
Drax Biomass which is the sustainable source of biomass for the power stations of (Drax,
Armstrong and Reitz 2016).

enabling most of the power stations to run on wood pellets rather using coals. Coals are natural
