There is a drastic change in the working procedure. The main aspect behind the change in the
working process is because there is a constant implementation of technology in the functional
process. Another aspect that is considered for the change in the functional process of the work
is globalization. Due to introduction of globalization, the main aspect that is considered is that
there has been international redrawing of the labor division. This enhances the evolvement
process of decision making. With the help of globalization the options available increases
drastically and hence proper migration of the task can be gained. Again with the
implementation of technology in the functional process the main aspect that is to be considered
is that entire working process is facing a drastic change and hence wise the efficiency hs been
ever increasing.

My dream is to be a Doctor. The main reason of me wanting to be a doctor is that in this
profession, I will not only be able to serve the mass but also stay connected with the latest
technology that is being implemented in the system. Staying updated with the new urban
technologies will help me in performing in a better manner.

Work and time acts as one of the major aspect in every profession. It is noted that there is
always a distinction in between the work time in between different genders. It is seen that the
working time of an average male employee is higher than that of the female employee across
the globe. Though there is a difference in countries like Philippines and Thailand. Hence wise it
can be stated that there is a requirement of change in the working process in order to provide a
better project scope and hence wise make the employees understand the fact that being
efficient in the work place is more important than staying in the work place for prolong period.

Change in work form has been one of the major aspect that is to be considered in this case. In
this case, the main aspect that is to be considered is that there is a shift from the traditional
process to a more process that is highly inclined towards technology implementation. This
ensures that the tasks that are performed with the help of technology implementation is
producing a more accurate result. This ensures the fact that the efficiency of the functional
process has been getting better. The fact that the scope of decrease in designations will be
altered with increase in job prospect with higher skill set. 2 categories of jobs will be responsible
in near future. The first case is that one needs to compete with the technology in order of
productivity and the second section are the ones who will be controlling the technology. It is
advised by Daniel Susskin, he advised choosing the second option as a career

There has been a new approach in the growth and development of the organizations. It is seen
that in today’s society not only the content of the task but also the context of the project acts
important. This is the main reason that the functional process has been seeing high alteration. It
is also seen that the alteration process provides high flexibility in the working process. Another
aspect that is considered is that the technology implementation helps in proper estimation and
hence wise providing higher accuracy in the project completion process.

Facing new challenges has been the major concern that will be enhancing the output of the task
that is performed. the factors that are to be included for facing new challenges includes
accepting of the new technology that will be benefitting the process of business making and
hence wise adapt to the same. After proper adaption, innovation is the major concern. With
introduction to new technology, innovation is the aspired aspect. After instilling innovation,
monitoring the same ad hence wise evolving with the technology acts important.

biggest question that is what the future of work is. With introduction to automation and high
end technology there will be a lot of changes that will be seen. Hence wise it can be concluded
that the functional process of the organization will be getting indifferent and it will increase the
efficiency of the working process. Another question that was seen arising is that will automation
take over the job that are being performed and what will be the job prospect available to the
new generation and the middle aged people
