The main purpose of the research is to determine the efficiency of Dressilk as
association with Biobrane. The objectives of the study are to analyse the efficacy of Dressilk

burnt patients having a skin drafting sites that are towards partial thickness. The main
hypothesis of this paper is to determine whether Dressilk wound dressings establish advanced
value as compared to Biobrane for, post-discharge scar handling, upgraded excellence of life,
wound healing, and cost-effectiveness through burn patients having skin drafting spots of
partial thickness.
The study setting for the research was to employ over be local healthcare groups that
are located in Singapore that have a trauma department or else burn element focussing in the
possibility of healing wound services occurred in burn patients. Participants for this study are
18 years of age having good physical fitness. The sample size chosen for this study is 45,
which is a small sample size.
