same principles and values would develop their own culture. The team values might be tied to
different practices like agile whereas other values might be business related and aspirational

together for collaborating and solving issues and it is very significant for working on unique
culture in the Information system. I have learnt that application and development of suitable
working environment is highly important for bringing any change within any workplace and for
