1. Introduction
The paper mainly reflects on the implementation of drone delivery with the help of the E-
commerce system. According to Scott and Scott (2017), drones are generally defined as
unmanned aerial vehicles that are generally designed for enabling the transportation of various
products from one place to another. The drones are generally utilized by different surveillance
agents for maintaining security of a place and for gathering information without the physical
presence of a human being (Jones, 2017). The main aim of the project is to determine the
importance of drone delivery with the help of e-commerce system by undertaking secondary data
collection method. The paper also analyses the problems that are associated with the drone
implementation and further elaborates the findings as well as results that are mainly collected
from the entire research report.
2. Research question
The research question includes:
What are the benefits of implementing drone deliver system within the help of e-
commerce system?
What are the issues that are faced during the implementation of drone delivery system?
3. Literature review
According to Murray and Chu (2015), the delivery drone is one of the autonomous
vehicle that is generally utilized in order to transport food as well as other packages with the help
of the E-commerce system. It is found that delivery drones are the UAVs that are generally

traditional delivery vehicles.
On the other hand, it is opined Burke et al. (2019) that delivery drones are the logistical
services that helps in carrying various materials with the help of the e-commerce system. The
main purpose of drone utilization is that it helps in delivering the materials as well as products to
the intended location. In addition to this, it is identified that the drone delivery generally assists
in providing proper mechanical assistance to the clients who are generally unable to deliver
heavy objects. The delivery drones are generally utilizing by the business that uses e-commerce
system. It is stated by Sanjab, Saad and Başar (2017) that the delivery of drone generally helps in
allowing human counterparts for delivering products and due to this, the device is helpful in

Research approach is defined as one of the plan or procedure that is generally consists of

number of advantages that can further achieved due to the use of drone technology and the
advantages mainly include delivery products, improves time management, helps in conserving
energy as well as helps in promoting safety. In addition to this, it is analyzed that in spite of the
advantages there are a number of risks that can occur due to the utilization of delivery drones.
The disadvantages mainly include battery detects, defective done due to technical unfamiliarity
as well as privacy breach. The problems that are associated with delivery drone can be resolved
effectively.
6. Discussion
Drones are generally referred as the unnamed aerial vehicles that are considered to be
helpful in enabling the product transportation from one place to another. It is found that the
utilization of delivery drones within the ecommerce deliveries for maintaining the environmental
issues that generally can create impact on the business (Murray & Chu, 2015). The main
