Introduction
This report will discuss about the project background regarding the processing of the case
study that have been chosen. This report will also discuss about the goal of the chosen case
study. Implementation of SMART goal is also to be performed for the bettering of the business
process management of Australian Tree Corp. Discussions regarding the deliverables of the
project is also provided. Strategic alignment of the project will be provided as well. Project
schedule will be prepared and provided in the report as well. Project requirements that are
necessary for the completion of the projects are also stated in the project. Limits and exclusions
will also be stated. Work breakdown structure of the project will also be provided. Risk
management will also be performed. Creation of project budget as per the requirement of the
project will also be stated. Communication management plan that will be implemented as per the
project management section will be stated as well. Recommendations will be stated as well.
Background
Australian Tree Corp is considered as an important sector that is based in Australia. The
industry generates $23 billion and the total number of employees present in the organization is
70,000. The main business commencement deeds that are performed includes the fact that they
have been growing trees and selling the same. It is expected that nearly 5 million trees are grown
in a year and sold. In the initial stages the processing of the business organization was dependent
on the growing of trees and hence outsourcing of the elements were also performed as per the
products that are grown. Recently issues have been spotted regarding the functioning of the
Australian Tree Corp. This is to inform that despite the CEO, Charlie being highly ambitious
regarding the processing of the projects but lacks the required knowledge that has to be present

in the system. This is one of the major aspect the risks that might be arising due to the growth
and revenue of the business organization. This ensures the fact that the employees have not been
liking this aspect. This has been a major reason that has been leading to the friction in the
customer relationship and hence political pressures have been arising. Local people also have
been protesting against cutting of each and every trees. Another issue that is present includes
diversification among the thought process of the employees. Damaging of trees has been a major
reason that the functional efficiency of the business management projects has been decreasing.
This decrease in the efficiency in the management of the tress that have been growing are
harmed due to the occurring of flood. Insects also have been harming the growth of the plants.
Vulnerabilities have been detected as per the processing of the data management system and
hence the processing of the business commencing will be made as per the risk mitigation process
that are needed to be implemented. They are planning to implement the technology of the drone
system for monitoring the issues that are occurring the in the processing of the business making.
Project goal
S: the specific goal of the project is to understand the issue that is present in the system.
Implementation of drone service have been the major aspect that is to be considered for the
processing of the data management system (Wallerman et al, 2018). Hence it can be stated that
the specificity of the goal is very high.
M: Measurability of the project is not very high as the concern that is to be taken ante
consideration has been very high (Inoue and Yokoyama 2017).
A: Obviously the goal that is set by ACT is achievable. ACT have already decided the way of
detecting the issues that are stated. As per the issue that are found mitigation process will be
implemented (Kulhavy et al, 2016). Implementation of Drone for understanding the issues that

are present is also ready implemented and hence the goal that they have set is achievable (Elliott
et al, 2019).
R: The goal of project is to perform the feasibility study of the entire project. The budget allotted
for execution of the project is $10,000.
T: Timely completion of the feasibility study have been very important the major reason of
performing the study in a timely manner is that the business organization have been struggling to
stay up tight and maintain a healthy business management process (Torresan et al, 2017).
Project Objective
The main objective of the project is to perform a feasibility study that will enhance the
processing of the project objective. For new contracts have been a major aspect that will ensure
that better managing of the data processing system will be performed for increasing the growth
process, this ensures that the business processing will start off with a major processing that the
management section of the project is seeking new process. Initiating an internal and external
image also has been a major objective of the project. ATC is looking for higher accountability as
per the volume of trees that are being grown and the volume of trees that are being sold. The
above stated are the major objectives of the project.

As per the main objective of the project the main concern present was to establish a link
in between the total number of plats that are grown against the total number of plats that are sold.
With the help of the implementation of the drone a proper check over the processing of the
number of trees that are growing can be checked. This calculation of the number of trees that are
grown and later comparing the same with the data that that will be collected after the sales
process (Banu, Borlea and Banu 2016). With the help of drones this process will get easier.
Calculation of the number if trees that are present gets easy with the help of the drones. Another
issue that is present includes the trees getting harmed due to the natural hazards (Park et al,
2018). Drones act very handy in fighting with the natural calamities. In case of cyclones and
floods that affects the ATC business management, the location of highest intensity can be
detected and hence steps must be taken for taking action against them. Another aspect that can be
mitigated with the help of drones includes insects affecting the growth of the plants can be
mitigated. This mitigation of the issues that are caused due to the presence of the insects can also
be mitigated. With the help of the drone the spreading of pests in their initial stages can be
detected. This ensures the data that are collected via drone can be implemented and hence
immediate actions can be taken (Gülci et al, 2017).

might affect the functional process of the system. The business strategies that are used for the
execution of the projects are also not stated. Using of drone in this project can itself act as a
