1. Overview
The open retail Pharmacy “Wilmont’s” operates in more than 8,000 stores
across Europe and for operating, the company considers the delivery of filled medical
prescription with the help of Drone technology. It is identified that the company
Wilmont’s made an agreement with DroneTech, which is one of the small firm in
Dublin area. The main aim of the company “DroneTech” is to provide the facility of
drone technology, drone piloting as well as delivery system by customizing with the
business processes as well as systems of Wilmont’s. It is identified that the project
“implementation of drone prototype project” will be completed in 236 days with the
budget of around €1,000,000. It is analyzed that the organization uses the drone
