Introduction:
The assessment provides the knowledge of the drug abuse in the black minority in the United
Kingdom which is the topic of the research project. The topic chooses because there is huge
issue identified in the UK due to heavy consumption of the drug that consumes by the black
minority. The main aim of the research is to identify the reason for the addiction to the drugs and
forcefully consume the heavy amount of drugs by the black minority. The report provides the
different types of opinion on the topic which is beneficial to get the common information that
fulfills the requirement of the quality. The methodology section is helpful to gather the
qualitative and quantitative data for the research which accomplish the main objective of the
research project. In the end, the report provides the study of the expected outcome which is
generally mentioned as the conclusion of the research.

Aims and objectives:
The aim of the project: The main aim of the project is to identify the reason for the misuse of
drugs by the black minority that lived in the UK.
Objectives of the project:
 To identify the negative impact of the drug misuses that consume by the black minority
in the United Kingdom.
 To analyse the overall drug consumption by the black minority in the one year.
 To make an effective study on drug consumption by black minority or youth of the UK.
 To analyse the major impact of drug consumption in the growth of the UK in the
competitive market.

Research questions:
 What is the reason the black minority of UK consumed a heavy amount of drug that
makes a negative impact on the growth of the youth?
 How to analyse the reason which forces the black minority to consume the heavy drag
dose on a daily basis?
 What is the main cause that black minority is heavy drug consumer in the UK?

The rationale for research:
The matter that becomes the main reason for the research is identified the number of population
which consume the drug dose in the United Kingdom. The black minority is the huge number of
people that consume the heavy drug dose in the comparison of the other minority population.
Drug consumption not only harms the health condition of the individual but also the growth of
the country because youth are engaged in the awful activities instead of putting their efforts in
the right direction. The researcher get the motivation on that time when realise that youth of the
UK loses their lives due to heavy consumption of the drugs.
On the other hand, the reason which becomes the inspiration to the researcher is most of the
people want to resolve this issue and get the innovative changes in the lifestyle of the youth in
the UK (Pearson, 2017). This is a major issue which identified in the survey that the white
minority of UK also consume the drugs but black minority forces to misuses the drug which
destroys the culture of the UK. So, this research provides the aid to get the better solution to
resolve the issues of drug consumption and develop the efficiency in the youth of the UK.

Literature review:
According to the view of Van Hout and Kean, 2015, black minority and ethnic communities is
the victim of the stereotype because of their skin color and hair pattern. This is the reason most
of the black minority feeling awful and influence in the wrong direction which is harmful for the
health condition of the person. The erroneous direction is getting worst when the victim get in
touch with the bad company that generally come from the friend circles and the campus of the
school or college. Most of the time, the drug mafias make the connection with the school going
students and friend circles who generally going for the parties to have fun. The innocent teenage
offered the drugs by the mafia gang to sale their damaging invention in the high price rate to get
the benefits. In this case, most of the students get addicted to the drug and their body need the
dose of the drugs and this habit slowly destroys the human body. The black community is
already facing racism among the white community of UK. To overcome the negativity of the
racism, the people generally tend to indulge in such activities like consumption of drugs and
other nerves pleasuring activities.
As per the view of Li and Mustanski, 2018, the impact of the drug consumption reduces the
efficiency in the work and lose their memory before the old age such as generally forget the
activities and events because the drug consumer always in the phase of the delusion. People
generally fell into in the state of hallucination where person sense the fantasy and creates own
delighted world which is totally opposite from the real world. So, this is the reason the
meticulous addicted person vehemently consume the heavy dose of drug which directly impact
on health condition. But the person gets addicted to the drugs which make the person helpless,
they do not want to consume the drug but their body forcefully influence to that direction and the
person becomes the heavy drug consumer.
In the word of Peteet, 2017, the black minority which lived in UK generally become the victim
of the racism where the black person gets discrimination by their body color and curling hair
pattern. The racism is the kind of activity which generally happen in the school and college
campuses which directly impact on the mentally of the students. This is the reason; the students
or teenagers get in the touch with the awful companies which eagerly waiting to destroy the body
of the innocent individual to get trapped in the habit of the drugs. The person gets in touch with

the drug mafias and become the heavy drug consumer and reduces the health condition of the
individual.
According to the view of Nicholson and Vincent, 2019, the heavy consupmtion of the drug is the
reason which destroys the victim in every aspect. The black minority get distracted and mind
washed by the erroneous gang who influence the person to purchase the drugs even the price of
the destructive product is high. Due to heavy consumption of the drugs, the person not only
destroy their health condition but get bank corrupt or cashless that is why the author said that the
person destroys from every aspect due to heavy drug consumption. Most of the time, the person
borrow the cash from the others to purchase the drugs because the person feels helpless due to
addiction. The person also gets rejected socially because of their unwanted activities and
influnace the other teengae who is innocent from the aspect of the drug. That is why the drug
consumption and selling process is banned in the UK because of black minority heavily consume
the drug in the life routine.

Qualitative research method:
This method gives aid to provide the opinions of the various authors who present their own
experience and the incidents which happen in front of them. So, the researcher decides to
conduct the survey where 20-30 respondents available for the interview to ask the different
questions on the research topic (Bernard, 2017). This survey is useful to identify the point of
view of the drug consumption and identify the solution to cure the misuse of the drug. This is the
way the researcher gets the acquaintance of the different perception to get the common outcome
of the research.
Quantitative research method:
The quantitative research method get the knowledge of the mathematical and statistical data
collection which gets from the various sources such as identifies the number of drug
consumption in the one year.
2. Research approach:
Inductive category approach:
This approach provides the observation and explanation to make innovative changes in the
research. This approach is helpful to get the knowledge of the research process in an effective
manner (Bryman, 2017).
Deductive category approach:
This is the way to develop the hypothesis which depends on the theories. This category approach
designs the strategic planning to analyse the hypothesis of the research. So it is essential for the
researcher to conduct strategic planning to test the research hypothesis.

3. Research design:
The research design is the process to identify the issue which becomes the reason to improvise
the efficiency of the research and provides the accurate information to become the best solution
for the issue that become the reason of research. In this research, the researcher gets the aid from
the research design method to get the quality data in an aneffective manner and identify the way
to get the issues which restrict the success of the project.

Expected outcomes:
The project provides the expected outcome that it is essential to identify the main sources which
become the reason of drug supply and destroy the individual live. The main reason to conduct
the research is to reduce the consumption of the drugs which heavily consume by the black
minority of UK. So, the researcher gets the study that drug addiction need to be overcome by the
strict rule and legal action by the UK so that the erroneous element do not influence the innocent
person or teenagers. The researcher gets the outcome of the research that what is the reason the
black minority gets the victim of racism and how to get in touch with the erroneous person who
egarly waiting to sale the drugs to the innocent person. The research can provide awareness in
the youth of the UK to avoid drugs consumption and increase the health of the individual. The
researcher gets the study that the expected outcome is based on the quality of the research so that
they identified the issues but also provides the solution to reduce the impact of the issue.
