AI Summary
This project report focuses on the deployment of a highly available and scalable Drupal CMS application on the AWS cloud. It outlines the design, configuration, and testing of Drupal workloads on AWS, emphasizing the use of Drupal as an open-source content management framework written in PHP. The architecture leverages Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) for application and database deployment, aiming to reduce costs and simplify scaling. The report covers the configuration process, including VPC setup, NAT gateways, and security groups, as well as challenges encountered during deployment. The conclusion highlights the benefits of deploying Drupal workloads on multiple servers for improved performance and scalability.

2CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE
Introduction
The following report mainly highlights deployment of Drupal CMS application which is
highly available and scalable on the given AWS cloud. It will ultimately help the student in
proper design, configuration and lastly testing of Drupal workload on AWS workload. Drupal is
known to be an open source management which is generally written on scripting language of
PHP. It aims to provide a proper kind of framework which is needed by many enterprises based
website. It mainly comes up with standard features like content authorization, performance and
lastly security. The design principles of Drupal mainly come up with flexibility and modularity
as core tenets. The high availability of Drupal helps in deploying various application and
databases which work on various Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud. AWS comes up various kind
of relation database service which is needed for setting relational database in AWS cloud. It is
considered to be helpful in reducing the overall cost, configuration of task and scaling with ease.

Project Aim
The aim of this project is to deploy Drupal CMS application architecture that is highly
available and scale-able on the AWS Cloud.
Configuration
For this particular project, Drupal high available is provided in VPC (end to end
deployment). It mainly to build a new kind of environment which comprises of NAT gateways,
VPC and lastly security groups. The ultimate goal is all about deploying Drupal high availability
into the given VPC. For the configuration of this system Linux OS, Amazon RDS configuration
and Drupal webserver configuration.
