Introduction
In this case study, the company is planning to open dry cleaner services and wants to provide
social help to the underprivileged child by using the CSR (Cooperate Social Responsibility)
policy. This will help the company to give social services for the welfare of children. The analysis
done for the dry cleaning services will done by evaluating SWOT and PEST analysis, which help
to understand the strength and weakness of company, which affect dry cleaning business in
future. The company made a personal development plan to analysis their skill and match them
with the requirement of our business by making improvements in our skill.

SWOT Analysis:
In this SWOT analysis, there is a discussion about the strength, weakness, opportunities, and
threats faced by a company in starting the dry-cleaning business and it affects the CSR policy
used by the company for the social welfare of the underprivileged children (Gürel and Tat,
2017). SWOT analysis used to develop my communication, interpersonal and relationship-
building skill.

This personal pest analysis is a tool, which used by the company to analyze the external factors
like political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors adversely, affect the business in
present and future (Wang et al., 2016).
These external factors sometimes beneficial for the company and sometimes it create treats in
our laundry business.
Political Factors:
There are many political factors, which affect
dry-cleaning business of company (Nelson,
2017). Changes in government policies, taxes,
rules, and regulations affect the business
adversely. Company firstly analysis the
political factors before starting the dry-
cleaning business.
Economic Factors:
There are any changes in the economy of the
country, where company want to open dry-
cleaning business-like, changes in the price of
