having the large population ratio which helps the company to sell more. The main objective of
the company is to have the well-structured expansion of their business as it is the start up
business. This is the multi owner limited firm that is established and organized in Florida. This is
basically the type of partnership firm as it is basically managed and operated by the two parties.
The business is having the mixture of the well organized products that is related to the
food and grocery store. They used to follow the present trends which helps them to attract the
more customers in the market (Bravenboer, 2018). As the partnership firm used to deal with the
variety of products which includes fruits, veggies, wheat, perishable products, cosmetics and
dairy products. The main aim of business is to sell more than 1000 private brand products to their
targeted and potential consumers. The management of the organization is done by the employees
as these are the most valuable asset of the company. By adopting the participative leadership
style it will hep the company to make the employees to participate the employees in the
organization.
As the company has to increase its sales, so they must adopt the new technology that
helps them to grow its share in the market. By this I help me to learn about the new technology
that helps me in access in life and in future studies as well. This will make me to increase my
technological skills by knowing about the work and use of the technology. The organization
must use this technology which helps them to have the faster production of the products in the
partnership firm (Brunstein and King, 2018). The main aim of the company is to sell and offer
the unique and useful products to the people in the market which helps them to gain the excellent
customer service. They must provide the healthy and safe products as they use to sell the
perishable products as well.
In order to keep updated the organization uses the various online sites which helps them
to provide the latest news to the customers. The social media sites used by the company is
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. They used to provide link to the people by which it helps
them to know about the company and its new products. By the years growing it will help the
company to grow in the various locations and make them to have good profitability. The focus of
