The assignment states the service sector organizations of Dubai. It deals with hospitality, tourism
and many other sectors that fall under the service sector organizations. It aims to know the
impact of innovation in the service sector organizations. Some of the objectives can also be
observed.

Dubai is one of the leading countries all over the world in hospitality and the tourism
management sector. The treatment system provided in the hospitals of Dubai is world class.
The excellent development of the treatment system attracts global tourists and 20 million visitors
came here every year. Dubai has the highest number of hotels in the world. There are almost 30
hotels for per thousand people. The super medical infrastructure of Dubai is going to beat the
powerhouse of the worlds like the USA and UK (Hafeez and et al., 2016). The technological
development, geographical and cultural factors, implementation of the effective strategies,
destination restructuring are the causes of the extreme improvement of the travel and tourism
sector in Dubai.
The hospitality and tourism industry of Dubai also faces a challenging situation at times. The
geographical and cultural factors play a vital role to bring development in the hospitality and
tourism sector. These factors are also responsible for bringing some challenges to the hospitality
and tourism sector in Dubai. From this case study, the following discussion will be carried on.

The various service sectors in Dubai are extremely developed in every perspective. There are

various countries of the world and their field is full of opportunities. The innovation is the most
important requirements for entrepreneurship and Dubai is the perfect place for implementing the

innovating ideas. Most of the entrepreneurs admit that Dubai is the perfect place for capital
investment and the important service sectors of Dubai contribute a large amount of profit in the
finance sectors of Dubai.
The amount of profit helps Dubai to be one of the leading countries in the world (Laeequddin
and Abdul Waheed, 2016). Dubai utilizes the capital to make the hospitality industry more and

The hospitality and tourism industry showed a remarkable performance while implementing the

incrementally disruptive, etc (De Jong Hoppeand Noori, 2019). I was a member of the hospital
management team of a renowned hospital in Dubai. From my experience, I can say that the

hospitality sector of Dubai provides the best facilities to the patients which are rare to find even
in the best countries in the world. Every sector in Dubai carries high technical facilities, systemic
infrastructure, etc (Nadkarni and Morris, 2019). The Dubai government is also very careful about
the development of every sector in Dubai. The hospitality industry gets the most important here,
the development of other industries are depended on it to a great extent. It can be observed that
every sector of Dubai is depended on each other to a great extent. The tourism sector has great
potential to be the most accessible tourism industry in the world. The peaceful environment,
tolerant attitude for outsiders, free from political issues is the important reason for the
development of Dubai. The technological development in every sector of Dubai is the example
of technological advancement. From this, I get to know about the issues that are related to the
Dubai’s service sector organizations. Apart from this, I also acknowledge the impact of
technology on such organizations after researching on this.
