INTRODUCTION
Duty care is one of the most important aspect in current scenario as well as it is of high
value in the future too. This report covers various aspects that are related to principles of
implementing duty in social, health, or young people and children’s setting. It is very crucial as it
is the moral duty more than only a legal one and an individual must work in accordance with it
so that it can be beneficial for the service taker.

Duty of care is legal obligation that is imposed on individual and it should be adhered to the
standards. Its is duty of every Doctor to give first and foremost priority to its patients and
disclose them all the information and necessary guidelines to the patients. So, that they are
satisfied with the treatment. Doctors are obliged to take proper regarding the safety of patient.
Doctors must be knowledgable and updated with their skills (Ajibade and Adams, 2019). They
should listen and understand the problem of every patients and guide them accordingly. Patients
must be treated with full care and tell them everything about the disease and treat them with
politely and there should be no discrimination related to any other matter. Doctors are required
to maintain the integrity and confidential information about patients and focus on their overall
health. Doctors must consult to their patients before prescribe any medicines and must be
examined their health issue which are related to past or present. Doctors might be responsible
for any issue occurred during the treatment.
