Introduction
There are many resources to identify skills in a person, such as Gallup Strength finder,
team role, Johari Window, emotional intelligence test, and many others. There are various simple
ways for self-reflection to identify strengths and weaknesses of a person. I chose Gallup strength
finder to identify my strengths, which can I use in the development of career and applied these
strengths to the growth of my career.
Description of results
Gallup strength finder provides five strengths of mine to get an opportunity in the future.
I learnt that many skills are hidden in a person, while those skills can be used for career
development. I found that strength finder tool is necessary to identify the strengths. I got five
strengths in me from the help of Gallup strength finder, which is restorative, responsibility,
arranger, focus, and relator. I feel good after that test and I know about my strengths.
My learning and experiences
According to (Clapp-Smith, Vogelgesang, & Avey, 2009), positive and authentic
leadership make an impact on the work performance of a person. I learned that an employee
should develop various skills to manage their work properly. Based on (Tseng & Levy, 2018), a
person can increase their performance based on their skills, such as effective business
communication, self-awareness, teamwork, collaboration, and many others. Therefore,
leadership is necessary to manage health issues in an organization (Kelloway, Weigand, McKee,
& Das, 2013).
Leadership implementation issues
I learned about leadership, which is necessary to manage most of the works. I always
think that there are few skills, which are makes, a person a good leader. It is necessary to create a
few different skills in ourselves to solve most of the problem in various places. It is necessary to
have leadership skill in a person to grow their career. In addition, positive leadership is good for
the development of proper strategies (Cameron, 2012).

Conclusion
It is concluded that Gallup strength finder is good tool to identify strengths. I learnt about
my skills, which are restorative, responsibility, focus, arranger, and relator. It will provide me
strength to make my work easy.

Restorative
As a restorative personality, I can manage all the things in a good way, such as health, well-
being, and many others. I learned that there are few skills in myself, which makes me different
from others, which are focus, arranger, restorative, relator, and responsible. I learned about the
well-being of a worker and it is necessary for an organization that their employees should fit and
healthy. There are various issues in the organization, which are related to the health of
employees.
Responsibility
As I am a responsible, I always provide my best in my work. I always take responsibility
for my work, which does not depend on the results as well. I learned about self-reflection and
self-awareness programs, which is necessary for personal professional development. There are
various methods for self-awareness, such as Johari Window activity, project management, and
group activities.
Focus
As I am more focus in my work. It will provide me strength to complete my work. There
are various pedagogies to learn about self-reflection, such as Johari Window, Gibb’s reflective
cycle, Kolb’s reflective model, and many others.
Arranger
I am also good in making arrangement of various things in my study and professional
work as well. I learnt that the action plan is necessary to implement various activities to develop
new skills in a person, such as teamwork, self-awareness, dedication, motivation, collaboration,
and many others.
Relator
I am also a good relator. I always provide my bests to relate all my knowledge in my
studies. In addition, ICT plays a key role in those activities. It provides a platform to monitor
activities. In addition, Gantt charts are also a useful tool to monitor activities on a weekly basis.
