Part A: Self-Reflective Analysis
Gallup strength model is advantageous for evaluating the existing personality characteristics of a
person. It could be effective in terms of creating a judgment about professional survival. This
reflective report assesses my Gallup strengths as a nurse in the Hospital. Moreover, this report
determines the self-perception regarding leadership strengths and personality preferences that is
beneficial for making a decision with regards to personality. This model also evaluates some
factors with respect to evaluating the personality (Laureani, & Antony, 2017). According to this
model, my strengths are Strategic, Activator, Developer, Empathy, and Ideation.
This outcome could be advantageous for me to evaluate my leadership capabilities and
supporting to create valid outcomes. This reflective report also assesses some characteristics that
could be advantageous for me to be an effective leader. From this evaluation, I have increased
my understanding regarding different factors that demonstrate my some personality like
Strategic, Activator, Developer, Empathy, and Ideation. It could be effective for comprehending
my personality as well as, it could be advantageous for arriving at a reliable conclusion (Özbağ,
2016).
The strategic theme indicates that as a nurse in a hospital, I enable to arrange through clutter as
well as, find best path. It is not a competency that could be taught. It could be different method
for thinking, unique aspect about globe at large. This skill is beneficial for leading team members
in a feasible manner (Fischer, 2016).
Activators are impatient for action. I am also acting as an activator and may allow that
assessment yield some worthy insights, however deep down me that only action is authentic. It
would be beneficial for me to interact with my team members. As a developer, I can look for
potential in others. According to my opinion, no individual could be fully developed. While, I

aspect of an individual. It indicates that I have the quality of becoming a good leader due to
understanding the perspective of others (Northouse, 2017).
Through the Gallup report, it is found that I am captivated through thoughts. I am also pleased
while I find difficult environment about the gracefully easy aspect for illustrating why things are
mode they are. Along with this, my idea is a type of intelligence that forever emphasizes on
associates and so I am conspiracy while distinct experience could be associated through
ambiguous connection (Fischer, 2016).
It could be advantageous for me in terms of leading the employees in significant manners as well
as, facilitates them to provide support for achieving the valid results. It will be also beneficial
