I always try to include all the people or the teammate in the works that are undertaken. I do not
let any of my teammates to feel ignored and make sure their opinions are being taken into

Futuristic
I always try to anticipate future happenings. I like to move forward by taking into account all the
possible consequences that might come up in the future.
Individualization
I always like to find out the qualities present within each person. I always try to motivate all the
people to find out and utilize the strengths that are present within them.
Competition
I am of a very competitive nature. I try to reach to the level of perfection by making sure that I
can outrun all the competitors.
Ideation
I am very open to new and dynamic ideas. I always try to find connections between the different
ideas and then go forward by using the same.

My initial reaction was a feeling of concern towards the future. The surprising fact was a
competitive nature. I always felt that it is the best policy to be of a competitive nature. This will
help in attaining all the possible goals and ambitions. However, I have also got a severe concern
that this aspect might turn out to be harmful. I have to realize that competition is good but at
times we have to accept failure. Resilience is one of the major aspects that must be instilled
within oneself.
This is because I came to know about all my strengths and how can I nurture then same in
the near future. I have found one very close connections with my own leadership style. This is
because I have been able to realize that I can use the futuristic aspect of making my teamwork in
a sound manner. I always move forward by making sure that there are sufficient steps taken to
meet any future emergencies. I also realized that one of my strength is individualization. I
consider it one of my strength as this will help me to consider the opinion of each of my team
member. None of my team members will ever feel left out. They will always feel motivated and
give in all their full potential. I have also got a similar kind of opinions from the rest of my
colleagues as was reflected in this test.
My initial thoughts were that I will be using all these qualities for my future endeavors.
Individualistic nature has a close connection with my current leadership strategy as it helps me in
supporting all my follows or my teammates. This is very helpful as I can include all my
teammates in the decisions making processes. I will be using them in the future. On the other
hand, the competitive nature was a matter of concern for my future as I thought that I might often
get too stressed out and feel that I am undertaking unnecessary stress. Though I will always try to
keep up the competitive nature, I will make sure that I am being able to accept the failures as and
when they come up. In order to draw on future effectiveness, I will be trying to use the ideation

aspect. This will help me in using all the innovative ideas within the production process. I will be
able to keep a very open mind and adopt all the changes that are taking place in the organization.
