Strengths and behaviors of an individual describes its knowledge and awareness to build
strategies and demand of the environment around and that is what Gallup survey has helped
in conducting. As per the survey, the questions asked were based on different themes of
leadership that examined the personality traits one possess. Just like for me, there were five
themes that were known by “Signature Themes” that could help me in defining roles in the
future. Strengths like Competition and Individualization not only made me realize the nature
of being on the top but even how it could be done without losing the grounds on
generalizations and processing to be productive in nature.
The idea of winning itself facilitates comparison and that is one thing and try to achieve with
all my might. No matter how many times I try to do it for fun but for me it is the ultimate
yardstick to strive for better and efficient in life and career. On the other hand, when it comes
to being rightful with competition, I maintain by barriers and limits and that often is one
benchmark that makes be intrigued in front of others. Nonetheless, as a leader, as I want to
be, I like to experiment and keep secrets and would generally “figure out” as I move forward
along the path by casting positivity and motivation.
To my believe, I never imagine that consistency and harmony could be other themes that I
hold. Based on the person I am, and the interpretations I have; consistency can be one theme
that has made be realize motive of intuition and insight without following other people’s lead.
That one can be one effective way to lead with followers and with conviction. Although, I do
not have faith in fights and always aim for agreement to get to a positive conclusion without
any discord but only as long as my basic values and principles do not clash with them. As per
my knowledge, leaders have a sense of empathy and that is one quality of mine, that I am
sure of. I do not trust on predicaments but do have ears for unvoiced questions and
anticipation for need based on each person’s perspective.

However, from the Gallup survey, I have been able to identify my leadership qualities with a
guide to endeavor with confidence. From those implications, I want to observe different
aspects and lead the path with my strengths that I own. Even though, the student life, career
and deciding a job could be challenging but with confidence and the amalgamation I could
develop to be a leader of potential in a field where I could work with people with my
applicability of thinking. If one receives a rumor on a character of a person, the in my case, I
would not judge but with walk up to an agreement with my gut feeling and will look out for
the reasons that leads to the question, “why”. My insight and intuition can be help me with
following what I believe in with conviction. The effectiveness can only be achieved if I place
my skills in the daily consistencies and inconsistencies of the nuances of being a leader I
want to be.
