and interpretation are based upon the Dynamic Leadership Model (DLM) the action plan has
been implemented undertaking the DLM model. The very purpose of the study is to evaluate
each of the situations, most probably six of the situation and accordingly certify the outcomes in
terms of analysis and actions. The study is backed by the study of the different situation that took
place. The paper focuses on Dynamic Leadership Model (DLM), it states that DLM is a
developmental process, which is based on the type of choices that a leader undertakes. It is
comprised of mainly Sense making, Relating, Inventing and Visioning. However, choice
implies that various distinct good options are available, one should arrive at a choice among
the various alternatives available by a leadership vision or having concern towards the
achievement. Consequently, there is a need for leaders to understand that the choices they
undertake for organisational activities need to fit their vision. The paper intends to present a
dynamic theory of leadership, by the assumption that one can only step forward toward the
ethical leadership with the possession of knowledge. By implementing the Dynamic
Leadership Model, the problem area is detected and then transformed them in a specific manner
which is beneficial to both the parties. The Dynamic Leadership Model (DLM), is a leadership
prototype which is undertaken by laws of nature. It stands for a medium of translator which
transforms the different medium of language into a single language universally accepted. Using

The Dynamic Leadership Model enables an individual to adjust with the current scenario. DLM
enables to understand the nature of the problem and arrive at a conclusion.
Analysis
I found that there exists a dynamic leadership quality which made each of the friends to
carry out what they think of right irrespective of the fact that they have other responsibilities that
are required to be taken care of. The guy was good, in the hero and zero moments it was very
clear that the friendship was in very good terms. The fact that the guy went on along as a belief
that something was wrong is not suitable. Although, the guy did an act of bravery, if I were there
in his/her place I would have rather first informed the local police authorities for the accidents
that took place. The guy could have taken the help of other friends in case if any huge disaster
takes place, I would have secondly contacted my near ones asking for help. Whereas, the hidden
strength I found is the bond, attachment and the belief that exists, that the friends are in danger.
The weakness I notice is if any bigger accident might have taken place or any criminal activity
might have taken place, then the friend might have failed to help the other friend in need as a
single person in terms of helping hand. One of the major strength that I found is that the
attachment and caringness among the individuals. Whereas, I found that the friends have a
leadership vision which makes them feel that, their friends are in danger and it was a leadership
vision. I could have enjoyed the occasion at my desire. However, the guy did not much care to
look after the personal interest in looking after the occasion. Whereas the weakness I found in
the situation is the lack of understanding, and the guy could have asked for the victim’s brother.
Much of the burden could have been eliminated, as I would prefer to consult with family
members regarding this situation. However, there also arises a situation where the brother might
have failed to carry out the business dealings because of the concern towards his sister. The

and the DLM leadership strategy should have been implemented. I believe that the effort needed
could have been distributed among the friend and the locals or nearby relatives. I would have
taken help of my family and should for at least once would have tried to communicate with the
concern victims family members to address the problem. The fact of taking every situation on
my hand and heading forward should not be practised every time as this was a lucky shot, else if
any bigger incident if had took place, then there was a huge chance that victims might have died.
I do not consider myself as an independent hero and carry out an act alone because I believe
there is a greater chance of even making the situation more badly. I could have directly consulted
with my family and would have surely communicated with the victim’s brother or any of the
close by a person. As most of the cases reflect that their family member was out of the town. The
fact of taking every initiative action on their own should be stopped immediately. However, if an
emergency arises then that is a separate issue, I believe that communication should take place
between the victim’s family and the helping hand family as the senior people of the family might
have provided a more comfortable solution. I found that there was an immense need for
