well in the working place (Arena and Uhl-Bien2016). I worked on addressing the findings from
the different department so as they could be effective in collecting reliable information towards
the research matter. It is evaluated that there are certain opportunities that might be faced by the
organization to work effectively and meet the aim and objectives of the research issue. It is
evaluated that I worked in a team as the group member that feel free to each member to
effectively participate in the group and reach at the reliable and valid conclusion (Allison, and
Goethals, 2014). I would also be responsible for improving my team performance as well as it
would be accountable for improving the performance of my best capabilities. It is evaluated that
I needed to focus on each employee who is the part of the operation department for improving
the performance of each one and reach a reliable conclusion. It is evaluated that a leader could
also be effective in the attainment of the organizational task by operating the business acts and
make a decision effectively. As a leader, I was accountable for increasing the probabilities of
getting a positive outcome. Hence, I determined different objectives and goals for a team
member to reach a reliable conclusion. It is stated that I made an action plan for improving my
leadership skills and supports to reach a reliable conclusion (Peters-Hawkins, Reed, and
Kingsberry, 2018). It is stated that the leadership plan would directly impact on the
organizational performance. Moreover, I worked hard on improving the performance of my team
member as it could be possible by improving my effective planning. I would continuously would
