Introduction
The following report is based on the discussion of the dynamic leadership strengths. A
dynamic leader is the person who has the hunger for knowledge and also shows intent to gain
experience and improve the personal skills in managing and leading a particular team or a
group of individuals. The dynamic leader has the capability to gain experience from each and
every activities (Horsman 2018). The capability to implement the knowledge and experience
in a proper and efficient manner separates a dynamic leader from that of a leader. A leader
must possess a solid determination to complete a particular task (Pfajfar Uhan Fang and
Redek 2016). Apart from this the leader must be able to motivate the people and must have
the ability to take a unique stand and establish his authority over the others to highlight the
leadership abilities in him. The following report is basically a reflexive report that will
highlight the perspectives of a leader (Pitelis and Wagner 2019). However, the inclusion of
the results of the Gallop Strength of the selected leader has helped to make the report more
informative in nature.
Current Role and Responsibilities and Leadership Challenges
Leaders have a major role to play in the organization as they have the responsibility to
train and guide the employees in the proper direction. The responsible roles of the leaders
helps the organization to ensure success in the business (Harms 2017). As of now being a
leader I have the responsibility to earn the trust of my fellow employees. Trust is a three way
process and I will be applying it according to these process. The steps in the process are as
follows;
a. I must be able to trust the different members of the team
b. I must be able to present myself in such a manner that will help me to earn the trust of
the others

It will be my second duty to properly communicate with all the team members. The
presence of the proper communication with the team members will help in the proper and
smooth business operations. I have given extra effort on communication aspect in order to
execute a task clearly without any mistakes. Sometimes communication seems to be the
greatest challenge as there are people who tend to disrupt the communication process. Apart
from communication I must provide sufficient resources to the employees and show them or
guide them towards the right path in order to ensure success.
There a large number of different challenges that have been faced by me in the past and
also to be faced by me in the future. Some of the common challenges are as follows;

responsible. Leadership according to me is the form of a next level management. My
experience of being a leader has helped me to gain a number of different knowledge that has
been essential for me. There are some key components or aspects of the leadership role
followed by me. They are as follows;

most important tests that helps to define the inner strength and inner capabilities of a person. I
would say that the test has been an eye opener for me as it has helped me to gain an
understanding of my strengths. These strengths are an important part of my professional life
as it will help me to engage in leadership activities in a much better and organized manner.
