in order to bather knowledge.
Achiever
I believe that hard work is the key to success. I have good stamina and I always like to stay
engaged in some productive works.
Ideation
I am much fascinated with new and innovative ideas. I always like to move forward by taking
new and dynamic ideas in order to move forward in the long run. I always try to find some
connection between the odd and the disparate ideas in order to find some innovations and
proceed.
Strategic
I am always able to find out new and alternative ideas in order to proceed with business. I can
find out the relevant patterns and issues when a scenario is given.
The initial kind of reaction that I got was that of surprise and concern. I was surprised to
see that I have the quality of Ideation. I always felt that I am deeply rooted within traditions and
can never understand the importance of new and innovative ideas. However, I had also suffered
many losses as I could not accept the new ideas. However, after this result, I was surprised to see
that I can actually make use of new and innovative ideas to move forward in the long run. The
matter of concern for me was the quality of input. However, I realize that in order to be
successful in the professional career one needs to have a thirst for knowledge. However, at the

same time, I have to keep a check on my inquisitive nature. have to make sure that I am not
spending too much of my valuable time over knowing the intricate details of the matter. This
might often affect the deadlines of my future projects. Thus, I have to concentrate both on the
deadlines and the details in a very effective manner.
I find a connection with my current leadership style as I am of a Strategic nature. I
always try to find out the best alternative solutions to the existing problems. This helps in finding
out the best possible solutions to the problems that may often arise in the long run. This approach
has been well accepted by all my team members. As a result of this, I will consider this as one of
my strengths in the long run. I have also found good consistency with the results of this test and
the feedbacks that have been given by my friends and colleagues.
My initial thoughts were that I will be using all these qualities for my future endeavors
Achiever nature has a close connection with my current leadership strategy as it helps
me in supporting all my follows or my teammates. This helps me in putting forward all my
strength and effort in order to get the best results. I also motivate my teammates to work very
hard for attaining success. I will be using this quality for all my future endeavors so that I can get
the best outcomes from all the works that I undertake.
