Self-Reflective Analysis
From my Gallup strength report, the major outcomes about myself were that I am deliberative
that is quite true in many cases as the same is there in my leadership style. The next outcome
shows that I love with harmony and consistency that is there in me but I need to develop those
qualities further in me. The result said that I give my input in many cases and I am a realtor. This
shows my practical approach and involvement with the team members. Some of the result is
very true and supportive while others shows that I need to work more on my leadership skills and
my analytical skills. This test has helped me to analyze my strengths and weakness on which I
need to work to develop a better skillset and team handling features in me (Neimeyer, 2015). My
colleagues gave me feedback that very competitive in my work which is good in one way but the
same can create an issue if the situation needs straight thinking. Apart from that my colleagues
also said that discipline and focus towards my work is very high and they highly appreciate the
same in me in order to deal with the substantial development in a task and make an effective
application in my work. This was one of the most motivating factors for me as the same helped
me to analyze my skills and my behavior with respect to the global outcome and substantial
learning I need to do in order to train my team and develop my competency with respect to the
changing competencies and development approaches needed in the process (Baleghizadeh &
Masoun, 2013).
As per my result, my initial though says that I have focus and discipline to complete any task and
to guide my team but at the same time I am weak in analytical skills and maintaining
connectivity with the people associated here. I need to develop my confidence and my
perseverance to align the team and focus on more futuristic values and standards associated with
my work. I can use my harmony and consistency skills to improve the relationship among the
team members and make effective changes in the team building and operational process (Lysaght
& O'Leary,2013). This can help me to deliver effective and better results in the process thus
making effective changes in the overall needs of the company. I need to apply my competitive
skills to develop my market research skills and this will also help me to develop competitive
skills and knowledge base of my team as well. The application of my patience I can do on the
development of responsibility and self-assurance in my work and make effective measures to
