same as well. For getting the attention of the customers, EventLightTM want that on the website,
the whole list of events can be visible in a way that the customers can easily access and
understand it. Also, they want their should be an option to book tickets online so that it can seem
easy enough for the customers as well. Therefore, EventLightTM is focusing on including a
variety of such feasible options that can be able enough to attract a higher rate of customers and
also, it will however help in maximizing the rate of productivity as well.
Also, their requirement is to make involvement of featured events as well on the home
page, which means involving the details and pictures of the recent happened events in order to

that more people can get to know about it. Therefore, it can also help in increasing their rate of
productivity as well (Sakas, Vlachos and Nasiopoulos, 2014). This can be done by making their
whole content shareable enough through various factors such as by making involvement of the
search engine optimisation etc. Increasing the visibility of the content further helps in improving
the user experience which further helps in maintaining their interests in the company and that can
be termed as an effective factor for maintaining a better competitive range in the market place.
Also, they can involve the feature of online mapping through which the customers who had
