AMAZON. Nowadays most of the people are using the internet, and they spend maximum
time on the internet. Today’s Consumer prefers to buying products online rather than going
physically to the retailer store. Hence, the opportunity for e-business gradually increases day-
to-day. E-commerce includes a more extensive range of business process such as- consumer
relationship management, processing of electronic order and supply chain management.
Therefore, e-business can help an organisation to conduct adequately and efficiently.
Role of E-business and E-commerce
Amazon is a world-famous business to consumer (B 2 C) e-commerce Company.
Amazons sell their product directly to the consumers through the internet. Role of e-
