been analysed that businesses these days are using the internet facilities to cater the services to

and changes in the E business. It has been analysed that there are some factors of the websites
that affect the usage behaviour of the customers. As far as the banking industry is concerned, it
has been analysed that more and more customers uses websites these days to make transactions.

used by the customers. In this case, banking industry is considered which is very competitive in
