Introduction
The Flow chart shows the flow of any system in graphical form using different notations. The
flow chart for the E-Commerce website is presented with different activities included in the
system. The flow is started with the Home page where the decision is made by checking whether
the user is already registered or not. Different options are included such as tracking of order, help
options, view cart, etc. The availability of the selected product is also checked. The control is
transfer to the payment section. After payment, the flow is move to final phase where the user
gets the acknowledgment related to the order and the process is over (Miyazaki, et. al., 2017).

designing. There are different shapes and options available which make designing easy. The
colors are added for each notation. The pencil tool is used for sketching the graphic design. The
Pencil Tool provided easy features to design sketch of any graphic design. Both tools are
provided with high level of functionalities and suitable for Flow chart designing. The Flow chart
for the E-commerce website is designed and almost all the activities are shown using rectangle,
Decision by Diamond, Input form Parallelogram, Start-End by Capsule and flow direction by
Arrows (Castañeda & Soto, 2010).

Conclusion
The Flow chart help to understand the complete working of the system. The Gliffy and Pencil
tools are used for flow chart creation. these tools provide many features with high level of
options. The diagram shows the flow of control from starting to end point in the E commerce
Web site.
