organize and keep up the relationship, the online business idea has developed like anything. So
be a part of the system and earn more from the business the transformation from the traditional
to e-commerce is been conceptualized.
Project Aims and Objectives: Aim: To transform the data from old to new one and
develop a solid system security framework for doing business without any fear. Objectives: To
transform from old and implement new secured network system for 50 employees Staff

Start and Completion dates: Start: 25/September /2017 & End: 30/September /2018
Stakeholders: Sponsor / owner, Employees, Sellers, Buyers and Competitors
Project Benefits: By transforming to e-business, owner and employees will be the most
benefited and the setting up of secured network will benefit the users, sellers, customers and all
other stakeholders except competitors.
Project Team: Project Manager with all technical & leadership skills, Technical Engineer
with technical and team working skills & Admin manager with vast experience of working in
team. Soft skills are more important than hard.
Risk Identification and Management Plan: Few risks are the availability of key
manpower in project, marinating positive cash flow and all the identified risks shall be
mitigated by following the risk management plan.
Ethical Issues: Providing wrong project information, cheat with team and management,
Corruption by nature and all these must be addressed in the ethical policy of the company.
