INTRODUCTION
E-learning is delivery of learning and training through digital platforms with
varied range of resources formalised on aspects of competitive benchmarks.
It is provided through electronics devices such as computersdigital models
where smart training can be provided based on lecture content and
interactive elements in acaedmics. The report will be analysing advantages
and disadvantages of e- learning, how it impacts on student’s study
behaviour for keeping up with competent scale goals for best performance.

Advantages of E-learning.
The various aspects of advantages within E-learning can be analysed as follows based on
which in depth focus can be developed for further stable new competent diversity growth : Efficiency- E-learning increases efficiency of teachers as well students because in the online
classes teachers and students need not go for school or to institutions. It will help I students
in attending lectures from any place, which reduces time and utilization for more effective
learning. It will also lead in saving energy, by the E-learning process students are avoiding
travelling which saves efforts and creates better stability in further academics performances.
E-learning enhances confidence level among students to learn about new subjects through
various digital platforms, which boosts morale factor and also ideally brings on creative
diversity. Good for revisions-Unlike traditional teaching method, where student need to make fast
notes and some times they can not match the speed of teacher which makes work
incomplete. But in online classes there is no need to write down notes specifically, as
student can make video recording , for purpose of notes preparation and to avail facilities by
revising lecture in future (Rakic and et.al, 2020). So with the help of e-learning, value of the
lecture will become more relevant in contest of revision and notes making. Access form anywhere-In the offline classes where some students may miss classes just
because of travelling and important lecture, but in case of online classes anyone can attend

lecture. Students if are not able to directly go to school/institution due to personal or health
reasons, facility of online learning enables fast access. The e learning study format
enhances performances in individual students, where various new aspects can be ideally
acknowledged. Quick access factor enhances new functional scale diversity among studies
in academics, where students can avail varied range of competent scale goals focusing on
varied diversity. Reduces the cost-E-learning makes work cost-efficient because in e-learning there is no
need of physical classes, it just needs the access to internet and devices like laptop/mobile.
By these two student as well as teacher can save the cost, time factor and energy. So
comparing to offline classes it proves cost effective for both and also environment friendly
because it reduces use of papers. By low cost factor this enhances approachability factor
among students to be at best usage for all students (Al Hadhrami, S. and Al Saadi, N.,
2021). Scaleability- There are some restriction in offline classes like seating capacity,
environment , voice of teacher, that may impact learning capacities of students. On other
hand, in online classes there is no such restriction like restriction about size of classes, no
factor of noise is involved. This creates peaceful and cordial studying environment for
students, which will be more centric focused for students and stability for whole class. Better results- In the online classes more attention can be obtained from the side students
just by use of slides, videos, and graphs which will make session more understandable and
more interesting for students. Teachers will make extra effort to find out new smart
concepts, students can avail better revision by video recording of all classes. It will lead to
achieve higher degree of results, in their academics for further future growth in their skills
and competencies professionally.

to interact smartly among team mates and other students, neither get training from teachers.

learning where it reduces morale of students for confident performances towards future roles
in career. Boredom occurs often in e- learning platforms due to lack of personal connectivity
among students and teachers, where this reduces growth of functional scale diversity

 Lack of interactive skills: Lack of communication skill training during e-learning is also an
essential factor where hindrance of confident performance,due to lack of personal
interaction with students is disadvantage of e-learning. It can be more in detail analysed that
academic all round development also creates lackin working on e-learning platforms. Where
it also lowers creative thinking skills and aspects of peer motivation. Academics
progression demands students to be active in all performance goals within various subjects,

 Lack of transparency in online assessments: Cheating prevention during online
assessments is also complicated to detect, where online learning makes it complicated for
teachers to get in touch with student personally. There is lack of transparent examination
conductment which has been found to be essential factor reducing efficiency levels of e-
learning. Also often digital learning platforms create lack of effective conductment due to
various technology issues, which hinders functional efficiency on continuous evolving
domains.

 Technology issues: E learning also faces technology issues widely on vivid platforms
where there are wide range of aspects such as lack of proper connectivity,internet devices
which reduces informative reach (Al-Fraihat, Joy and Sinclair, 2020). It can be more in
depth analysed that technology issues often hinder effective flow of learning which creates
disruption. Also this gives rise to technology issues, whcihcreates disturbances for e-
learning which creates confusion widely. Often it may also impact functional scale diversity

learning platforms are costly to be implemented among system where it reduces technical
innovation on vivid arenas. E-Learning also creates confusion for students who do not
know effective utilisation and praising studies through digital platforms.

students for effective new diverse learning potentialities where it may hamper productive
scale growth. This factor also enables to identify lack of creativity within digital platforms
where students and teachers are unable to interact within diverse domains. Hindrance of
physical presence lacks innovative study opportunities to be worked on, where this impacts
