INTRODUCTION
Learning is a system which is based on the formalized teaching but with the help of electronic
resources which is known as e-learning. It is type of teaching which can be based on in or out of
the classrooms, where it uses the Internets and computer forms the major components of the E-
learning.
Impacts of E-learning on students
According to the Clark & Mayer, (2016). Effective learning comes from the uses of
information communication technology for broaden the opportunity of the education for helping
the students which develop the skills and knowledge and also the countries. While it gets
conclusive the studies of longitudinal remains to be done, when the emerging of the evidence
which can be suggested that e-learning can deliver the positive effects of the substantial. There
are lots of impact from e-learning which helps in education of the students. From e-learning
students learn everything and anything from it in more easy ways and also collect the
information easily.
According to the Allen, (2016). Technology integration supports the system of the e-
learning where its easy to understand the things in easy ways and also use of lots of techniques
for collecting the right information about subjects and learning. From e-learning students are
more engaged and also develop the skills in 21st century is positive impact and it one of that.
From engaging with e-learning it much more focuses on the use of technology which is very
helpful for the learning of the students. The attitude of the teachers are more positive towards the
work and also able for providing more personalized learning. The interactions of the students are
more positively about the learning and also about the studies from e-learning.
According to the Aparicio, Bacao & Oliveira, (2016) E-learning is an effective learning
for education system where everyone is adopting the new technology because there are so many
positive impacts from it such as it creates and make good interaction between students and
teachers which is so much important for both. It makes a bridge of the digital technologies. The
programs of the teachers provided so much motivation and encouragement to the students in so
many ways such as the professional development and modifications in the policy as well as it
acquires the PC's integrated with the information communication technology included in the
teaching practices of the students educations. The most effective way of e-learning is that it

involves updation of digital content and also the curriculum resources for helping the teachers for
uses of the technology which enhance the learning and teaching.
According to the Liebowitz & Frank, (2016). There are so many studies which is
evaluated the impacts of the e-learning and also concluded the support by approaches of holistic
which has been included the appropriate policies, professional development, infrastructure and
curriculum of the e-learning which helps for producing the positive outcomes. It also despite the
larger body of the research evidence, in the new era the use of digital technology gives and
shows the new opportunities of information communication technology which helps to increase
the engagement of the students, attendance key requirements and motivations for learning. When
students have potential of e-learning then it improves the performance of the core subjects and
also it gets faster development of the skills and knowledge in mature and also emerging the
economies which depends upon the ability of the school for the model student centered and also
highly personalized the environments of learning.
According to the Haythornthwaite and et.al., (2016) the elementary of the teachers
indicates the greater impact on the success of the students which has been attribute the
motivation of the students at the timing of learning. There are so many responses which
indicates the half of those survey in the recent study such the use of reported is increases in
students, it is a familiarity with technologies. There are almost half of the teachers indicates the
familiarity of the students with the new technology. Students which are highly motivated for
learning and get the best results from it. It also identifies the outcomes of the studies which
includes the academic engagement of the students and also improve the collaboration with the
scheduling concerns.
According to the Hills, (2017) the use of technology in recent studies it indicates the
achievement which is implemented properly. From highly performing of the educations across
the UK all the education system is designed for learning from the experience with information
communication technology, researchers also found the majority of the countries which has been
established in the studies of ICT standards significance for the holistic planing, policies, with
attention to access, connectivity, curriculum and also professional development in order to
achieving the desired benefits.
According to the Violante & Vezzetti, (2015). Results from the study for investigating the
changes in the students and teachers actions and intentions in integrating the technology for

teaching and participation in the course for providing more pedagogical knowledge for their
future teaching for showing and increasing intentions for uses of the information communication
technology is more centered learning, it has more facilitator in the class and the level of the
confidence is playing a leadership role in the integration of the information communication
technology in education system.
The positive impact of the e-learning on the students and their education and learning is
although the results are more specific than the outcomes and implementations of the initiatives
that teachers are reported within the implementations of the students. Both the teacher and
students uses the technologies for increasing the dramatically across the curriculum is nearly all
the participating classroom.
According to the Clark & Mayer, (2016) the impact of the e-learning on the students and
teachers effectiveness of the information communication technology uses and it is nearly the
majority of the teacher which across the grades of the all levels which has been responded that it
has more productivity as the uses of the technology uses. An analysis about integration of the
information communication technology which has specific classrooms and also highlighted the
importance of the key contextual factors that has enabled teachers for getting more successful
and also the integration of the technology into their strategies of the teaching and also it asses the
information communication technology resources which has easy access for their students and
also it receives the adequate supports.
Impact of E-learning motivation on students
E-learning plays a vital role in instruction of students for higher education. Literature
review includes current knowledge and findings. The main aim of this review is to survey the
literature in this area of study. It shows students that a researcher and student has a vast and
depth knowledge about this study and topic. Literature review achieve so many things and each
statement is supported by references.
According to the view of Buckley & Doyle, (2016)the main importance of E-learning is
to analyses and identify the strength of the relationship between students and e-learning. E-
learning is becoming most popular approach to learning in higher education. The main reason of
this increment is due to rapid and fast growth of internet technology. There are various higher
education institutions that are using e-learning in order to enhance technological skills of
students and for motivate them. Use of E-mails in learning can also increase students study time

and helps in maintaining their confidence. It shows them that students are being cared and
respected.
According to the view of Fırat, Kılınç & Yüzer, (2018)E-learning motivates students by
improving efficiency in learning. E-learning make students able to perform tasks that are given
by their teacher in an effective manner and quickly. It is not only beneficial for students but also
for teachers as they can upload assignments and drills on sites that consume their extra time. It
enhances students knowledge of information technology and also open their mind because there
are various informations that students and people get from technology. Most of the students
know the importance of online environment and how they can link to their future growth and
career.
According to the view of Salehi, Shojaee & Sattar, (2015) they said that In this digital era
most of the students use ICT devices like Laptop, Notepad, Smartphones in order to learn the
latest knowledge in particular field. All these ICT devices are playing a specific role in
facilitating the educational system and process. From the review it can be say that there is an
important relationship between the effective performance of students and their motivational level
with aim of achieving excellence in education. Implementation of techniques of learning that
motivates students can also help in engagement and their willingness to persist at a task.
According to this Zhang & Rieckmann, (2018, October) E-learning is becoming a pillar
of success in higher education because it helps them in enhancing the quality of learning and also
of teaching. There is a relationship between desired learning results or outcomes and the use of
learning technologies. Those students who prefer and engage in online learning they more likely
to score high comparatively those students who do not prefer this. ICT based learning platforms
adversely impacts on lecture attendance because students can easily access learning resources
with its helps that includes power point slides online. ARCS model in this type of learning also
helps in encouraging interaction and collaborate among students.
Research studies suggest that the integration of ICT can help in improving academic
performance and also improve & enhance motivation. It involves various activities which make
students able in performing tasks in an effective manner such as: capturing, processing, storing &
presenting information's easier. E-learning is a complex and rich concept because it is the
provision of training and education through World Wide Web for all students. For making e-
learning technologies more accessible there is a need of 3 component model such as

communication, construction and content. It has various options by which students can be
motivated such as it gives opportunities to students to give self tests with instant feedback as
students can attempt test many times as they like. This shows them their improvement and
confidence in their grasping ability and understanding related concepts.
There is an importance of ICT education for students in order to be consistent in this
computer based education era. It has various ways of communication that make easy for students
and individuals to interact with one another via online. It motivates students as it changes the
way of studying in the online environment. According to sociology cultural constructionist
theory it can be say that students prefers and take interest in an online environment. A lack of
motivation have a negative emotional impact.
