Introduction
The aim of this study is to study continuous
improvement in the context of the firm E-
OfficeWorx which is based in the UK and
supplies stationery items to offices, schools
and colleges. The methods used by the
company in instilling continuous
improvement and learning culture in the
organization is tried to study. The tools that
can enhance continuous improvement are
discussed in the study.

What is Continuous
Improvement
Continuous improvement is the on-going
process that works to improve the
processes and services of the company. The
continuous improvement is achieved
through incremental breakdown of
components and improving them. The
improvement in each of the components of
production, development and execution can
improve for continuous improvement of the
overall product.

processes for quality improvement.

Total Quality Management-
Total Quality management is the process of
maintaining the quality of the product or
service by managing and assessing it from
time to time. The process of TQM detects
any errors in the system and reduces them
to streamline the process of quality
management. It improves the customer
experience and ensures that employees are
well trained to carry out TQM procedures
(Barone, 2019).
