INTRODUCTION
E-Portfolio is considered as an accumulation of electronic evidence that managed as well as
assembled through users, generally on web (Chan, 2020). This report is on E- portfolio that
summarises analysis of various challenges, personal skills and the potential areas of continuous
improvement.
Analysis of Challenges
There are some main challenges such as T-shirt, presentation and apprentice challenges.
Overviews of all these challenges are discussed below:
T-Shirt has to be represented into marketplace. The firm wants to have an eye catching
logo that attracts more customers. Presentation challenge is a regarded as a challenge which is
needed by me for developing presentation upon UK supermarket. In this respect, Supermarket
Company which was chosen by me for undergoing this challenge was TESCO. It is determined
to be huge retail organisation of UK. Apprentice challenges is the time period when person
obtain training under experienced people into firm for learning about enterprises and the ways
where practices are performed.
T-Shirt Challenge
Analysis:
T- shirt was introduced by firm as well as there are issues involved such as what will be
effective logo for particular T-shirt. The whole budget facilitated to firm was £ 200 among which
the variable cost will be £ 180 and approximated fixed cost £ 20. All this amount will be utilised
into advertisement and marketing of T-shirt. Mainly there are some kind of t-shirt that firm may
introduce are full colour, mono print and other t-shirt. These have been marketed effectually
which helps T- shirt firm to gain profitability. Moreover, other challenge is related to pricing in
which adoption of pricing strategy is vital as this support to attract people and assist to deal with
competition. One more key challenge is designing of T-shirt where operations has to be
performed such as how this will be designed, method, material and others are to be opted.
Through determining various aspects, logo was formed for particular T- shirt. Respective logo
consists santa clause which attracts various audiences.
Skills:

While performing over respective challenge, we identified various challenges which
impacted our task as well but them also we put our best effort to overcome from this. For
performing upon T-shirt prints we are allotted with a team, so for assuring that all people
perform it’s in clear manner. So, I decided to utilise my communication skills through interacting
with them as well as communicate whole strategy as well as works to undertake while
performing over this. From it, I get to realise the effectiveness of business skill, as after
formulating T- shirt we has to make a presentation as well as display practices that we faces
during respective challenge. Moreover, we also be trained to utilise excel sheet that is useful for
maintaining records of whole material utilised, their cost and quantity (Dunlop, Freeman and
Perez, 2020).
Presentation Challenge:
Analysis
While providing presentation related to business practices for new plan into firm within
team member, there are various challenges which each one has to deal with. The key challenge is
that person going through is to describe the practices that are to be performed in more clear way
when a modification have to execute as job and accountability of individuals obtain chances as
well as it has to manage consequently that appear to be quite tough for making team member to
understand effectively.
Skills:
By respective challenge, I obtain an idea about various skills which person has to give
presentation appropriately. The initial skill which person needs is communication skill as lacking
in this, while providing presentation person are not able to deliver the ideas appropriately.
Instead of this, time management and presentation skill is vital as this support to accomplish task
at specified time and also aids to give presentation so that whole information may be delivered.
Apprentice Challenge
Analysis:
This is the time period when person obtain training under experienced people into firm
for learning about enterprises and the ways where practices are performed ( Lim, 2020). While
performing some apprentice, i get across various challenge like operations in which I identified
various problems during job performance as I was having much information about task and

whole things are were new for me. The other challenge face at the time of apprentice is that, I do
not have knowledge about managing excel sheet effectively.
Skills:
As my experience into apprentice, I can obtain various type of skill which is vital f person
to perform in effective way. As s trainee under period of apprentice, I delegated many work i
which I has to communicate with my superior for providing them information. In this,
communication skill is vital to interact with person in professional way ( Ruggiero, 2020). Rather
than this, I also identified that team work skill is important as during training period I have to
perform in a team and if any one of them work individually then overall team get impacted.

As per the above reflection, I has been concluded that a student should participate into
various practices at the time of course work in which they face various challenges. All these
assist them to obtain idea regarding skills that it has to improve further. Therefore, the student
continuously determines skills which have to be developed with the help of action plan.
