management
Before attending module, I was aware about the
behavioural expectation required for studying for
the degree of business management. Along with
that, I learned about the cultural expectations as
well. While studying in the university, it is
necessary for the students to maintain the decorum
of the institute, the students are advised not to
possess violent or destructive behaviour or to
conduct activities such a bullying, harassing other
students and peers. The teachers and the tutors
expect the students to be sincere and quiet in the
classroom and maintain the management of the
classrooms (Kumar, and et.al., 2018). The tutors

completion of the tasks (Larson, and et.al., 2018).

while conducting projects or activities as it might
lead to serious consequences of the students in the
university. In the module, there are certain
expectation such as students are supposed to put
their mobile phones off or on vibrate, attending all
the lectures and the activities conducted by the
professors, be on time, avoid conflicts and
mismanagement in the classrooms, and so on.
These are behavioural and cultural expectation
that I learned from the module and also while
studying the degree of business management. It is
necessary to develop the cultural and behavioural

In the module, I understood the importance of
peer-to-peer learning because previously I
thought that only the teachers and the mentors

Peer-to-peer learning makes it easier for me to
learn because learning is easier with the peers
because they share experiences of each other
at the same level. I learned that peer to peer
learning helped me in building strong
connections with the teammates (Davis, and
Shonhiwa, 2019). It develops the ability of
cooperative learning in me as I worked with
the peer with different and unique abilities and
it helped me in learning new and varied things.

and attain the good listening skills and way of

confidence and courage to express my ideas
and opinions in group. It helps in becoming an
active participant. It is the best way to show
the strengths and abilities I have while
