Introduction
There are a large number of restaurants available in the US. All these restaurants are managing
efficiently by the Department of health. The department is responsible for measuring all
restaurants for food and safety purpose. Population in the US is large, and they are also varied
from each other as per their culture, and religion. We provide E-restaurant service to the different
customers where they click and order their entire lunch or dinner plan, and we can make their
dinner and lunch very special as per their expectations. It is considered that restaurant business is
not so easy and having large competition into the available market. Out main motive is to
provide the best service to potential customers.
We will have our internet website through which people can access to the restaurant easily and
can place orders. (Bell, 2014) There may be a large number of restaurants into the market which
are provided either tasty food or best facility, but we want to offer both things to our customers
so that we can make their day very special and entertaining. We also offer various external
services such as security on some unknown places like beach dinner with some extra charges.

1.1 Rationale for Research Project
Project Purpose
The main purpose of the different E-restaurant project is to offer different service to the
customers. This was done through providing an E-ordering facility for securing their lunch as
well as dinner at our place or any other place as clients want. The main motive of the project is
offering following services:

Provide E-order lunch or dinner booking facility
Provide overall services in just one click
Extraordinary lunch and dinner service at client’s Place
Arrangements and Security at any unique or separate Place dinner (Gayatri, 2014)
Tasty food and beverages facility as per tastes of clients
Provide special demand with order
Background of Project
My project is to provide E-restaurant service to a large number of customers in the US. The
restaurant will provide food and beverages services or other services as per choice and demand
of customers (O'Leary, 2013). There are a large number of restaurants providing e-food service,
but they provide food in their own place or at client home, but there is no any restaurant which
providing the food and other facilities at some extraordinary places.
My Restaurant will be the only restaurant which offers special dinner or lunch facility. Anyone
can reach us through our networking websites and can easily place their orders. We must
implement the policy of advance payment so that in future we don't have to face any problem
regarding payment. Out concept of the restaurant will be unique or different which is never seem
into the market.
1.2 Principles of the Research Project
It is necessary to follow the research project principles. It facilitates us in attaining the overall
objective of the research project so that restaurant services can implement in a predetermined
time period. The following principles enable us to attain the objective of the research in an
efficient manner:

It is necessary that research aims and questions should be determined in an efficient
manner so that they can provide us right direction to conduct the research further.
There should be an information sheet for different participants of the project. It should
define clearly what the research is about, and what it will involve (McNiff, 2016). If
information sheet is there, participants will have more knowledge about the research
project, and they put their large efforts.
The appropriate methodology should adopt to meet the desired answers of research
questions.
1.3 Literature Review
Technological growth changes the overall living standards of human beings. It completely
changes the restaurant industry. Most of the innovation in the restaurant industry has been with
point-of-sale operations. Areas of the restaurant also change as per the change in technology.
Traditional restaurant services require waiters and staff members to communicate with customers
before processing their orders directly. It consumes much time of individuals (Smith, 2015).
Recently, a new system was in processing which can efficiently resolve the different problems of
individuals. High-quality service system would actively measure the demand and needs of
individuals. The emergence of computer pioneered brings the automation of the overall lunch
and dinner ordering system. A PC was set up which is managed by the people for receiving the
orders of different clients. Wireless place booking system changes the overall management
system of restaurants. Lunch or dinner ordering system presented in-depth on the technical
operation of the PDA-based wireless ordering system (Saunders, 2014). This will facilitate a
high level of communication between the restaurant staff and individuals.

1.4 Methods of Research
Primary Research
The research report of the project is mainly utilizing the primary or secondary research method.
Primary study is conducted to measure the taste and preferences of consumers, and their
feedback regarding the restaurant and its services or response. Various methods are applying to
measure the role of food and its quality in the life of human beings. All these will be analyzed by
organization primary research. For getting the answers of different research questions, I shall use
different methods of primary research which are following:
Questionnaire and Surveys: It is very efficient and trustworthy method of collecting the
response of customers. This enables us in collecting the required data so that further steps
can be taken to implementation the desired project.
Observations: It can be of two types; observation through communication and interaction
or observation through no interaction or communication. In the research project, direct
observation method is applied to measure the customer's response on the spot.
Secondary Research
Secondary research is also utilized for collecting the data in the desired manner. Secondary
research it conducted because it is easy to access and free to use (Davies, 2014). We mainly
utilized literature review method for carrying out the study.
Literature Review: It helps us in reviewing the assemble articles and the original research
conducted by the writers in the selected field. This utilized to study the past research
regarding the subject of the research.

and questionnaire (Tan, 2012). The qualitative method helps us in collecting the needed data in
an efficient manner. Qualitative research method is chosen for following reasons:
Tastes and perceptions of customers can identify accurately.
The framework and direction of research can be revised quickly with the changes in the
lifestyle of customers.
Data about the feedback of restaurant can immediately collect from the clients so that
alteration can be made on a timely basis.
Limitations
Rigor is very difficult to measure, maintain and demonstrate.
Availability of a large number of data makes interpretation and analysis very difficult.
Sometimes it is not accepted and understood as quantitative research within the scientific
community
Availability of various issues such as confidentiality and anonymity.
1.5 Action Plan to implementing research
Project Schedule
As it is mentioned before that, the research is being carried out through primary research. We
identified the population for carried out our further research. The population is required to
analyze their feedback towards their taste and preferences or available restaurant services. With
primary research, secondary research is also conducted by reviewing the available literature
reviews of different authors. Articles of different authors are accessed through internet sources

this various meetings and interviews are conducted so that project can succeed in the desired
