e-technology is present in every field of life. Human is surrounded by e-technology. He is
connected to technology from wake up in the morning to sleep in the night. E-technology made
the human lazy. Human depends on technology for each task. E-technology improves the
business competitiveness and performance. Human wants to achieve everything with e-
technology.
The further report will include the discussion about the modern social life. It will continue with
the changes of social life by the e-technology. We will discuss the impacts of e-technology on
modern social life. The next discussion will start with the threats and risks of the technologies.
How the suppliers of technologies have sought to overcome these problems. this part will include
some research on social sites and their hidden impact on our privacy.
Analysis:
In the era of technology, there are the various meaning of e-technology, somewhere it relates to
internet technology, somewhere electronics technology and somewhere educational technology.
But here in this report, we will take the right meaning of e technology, that is internet technology
and start a discussion on it.
Human beings are social animals who are surrounded by many people with a positive or negative
relationship which are the part of its minds and bodies. A social life is defined to spent time with
others to do enjoyable things. People meet to each other to create a strong bond with them. A few
centuries ago, most of the population lives in small towns, where they have a social life and now
the life turns to technology. People have TV, newspaper, radio and many more things for
entertainment and social media to connect people. They communicate through the internet on the
different application and websites like Facebook, Google+ or Gmail, Instagram and many more.
This social life is not real. People who never meet each other, are connected on social media.
They update every activity on social media. In which some are too addicted to do this. I explain
some facts which fulfil the social life of today’s world. How technology changes a social life.

 People hardly see each other in real life, they just connected on social media because it is
too easy. They update their activity on social media and some of the people compare to
them with a level, which they create in mind. It is an only imaginary comparison. Some
people think they are successful in their life after see their updates and create a false
sense in their mind that they are losers. This type of comparison is completely false so
just focus on your own life and happy with yourself with have a better mind or mood.

 People expectations are increased to see the social life of other’s peoples. It doesn’t
matter they know each other or not. They just expect that their life would be same as
those who they see on TV, YouTube or other social media platform to go to club, date
models, do to shopping and many more. After seeing all these things, some people have
the problem with lack of standards. It does not mean they can’t achieve these things, they
just need to do sacrifices and tremendous effort. So just connect with people in real life
and with who are truly matters.
 The next point about to focus on substance, not on appearance. Most people show false
appearance on social media but this false appearance create a fake relationship and
people start to love only your status. They live with you just for a status. It does not mean
that appearance does not matter and people start to ignore it. It matters but in a limit and
not more than substance (People Skills Decoded. 2018).
 A person interact with many people, some interaction convert into a deep relationship and
some just make history. People try to please everyone with whom they interact. It is just
mindset of the people because no one can please everyone so trying to please only who
you like and who liked you. So in the conclusion of this tool is just how to navigate the
tools and opportunities.
In past some years, technology has changed the human life. The social media companies have
the basic information of every human who is active on any social media platform. There is the
various impact of technology on society. Some impacts are positive and some are negative. Here
I discuss some positive impacts of technology,
 Technology has changed the field of agriculture: with the use technology, a group of few
people are able to grow the vast quantity of food in a short time with using fewer inputs
and get a huge investment in returns. All task of agriculture like ploughing, watering,
sowing and some other are completed by the machines. Farmers used to grow the genetic
crops which are fast to grow and healthy for the health. We can take the example of
Egypt, which is a desert country but with the use of technology, the farmers of Egypt
grow lots of rice.
 Improved the transportation system with the use technology for people and goods. The
four types of transport are affected by the technologies like, road transport which used by
automobiles has the supers speed cars of technology, air transport by the supersonic
aeroplanes, water transport by the speedboats and space transport by the spaceship. These
all changes are by the technology and it affects the human social life.
 The main part of the social life is communication, which changes a lot by technology.
Communication is a medium to transfer the information to the organization and society.
Radio, internet, television and other social media platform which improve the way of
exchange our ideas and help to develop the society. There are various countries in which
these things are used as the voice of people for make a change.
 Technology has developed the most interesting and important part of a human life, that is
education. It is the backbone of the economy and any nation. If the people of any nation

will educate then the nation growth continue. Schools start the integrating educational
technology which improves the way of learning of the students. It boosts the morale of
students with the use of technology in classrooms like computers, internets, iPods,
smartphone and other things. Online education is becoming more popular and students
learn many subjects from thousands of distance (Ramey K. 2012)).
There are also some negative impacts of technology on modern social life like,
 The depletion of resources is increasing with the over the use of technology. The
electronic gadgets like mobile phone, computers and laptops are manufactured in
thousands of numbers and use everywhere like, home, office, schools and in private or a
public department. Metals require for manufacture these gadgets like aluminium and we
extracted it from earth plates. it took billion years to mature these metals. So in the
conclusion, it shall be a problem for future generation and for an economy that they don’t
have any natural resources on the earth.
 Increased population: technology helps us to live longer by founds health facilities with
new research and solution for health problems. but the more use of technology can harm
our health. Research says the electronic devices like, smartphones produces rays which
are harmful to the human body. People try advances method to birth control. It helps
them but in future, it may harmful to health.
 Increased pollution: On the other side, population affect the water we drink, the land in
which we grow crops and also the air we breathe. Researchers do research to provide the
best technology to the society but in this all process, harmful gases and chemicals
released which is responsible for global warming or climate change. To encourage the
people for green, green computers, green cars and for other future things.
The suppliers of technology have many threats and risks with technology. The first point is about
to discuss the privacy of the people. Most of the people are unknown about their privacy. They
don’t know that their privacy, private data is sharing with most of the companies. Internet and
other companies record customer behaviour that what he is searching on the internet and predict
your next step before you think. And all these things happen by just one click on the internet.
Most of the people know that their privacy and data is shared with other companies without the
use of security and permission. The searching history is recorded and then the companies or
internet presenting their services and products on customer search preference. Digital identity is
as important as important as your government id. It shows your presence on the internet and
shows your social status in the world of internet. This digital identity needs to change for the
duration of some time. Sometimes it becomes hard to remove something from the internet. The
technology suppliers or providers have promised to maintain security and encryption of their
services and keep update the users with their security features. But these particular services have
some parameter or limits. Technology suppliers are updating security features with the condition
of not comprising the customer's data (Spacey, J. 2018).

There are various types of threats and risks of suppliers of technologies like architecture risk,
audit, availability, contact risk, data loss, operational risk, project risk, quality risk and many
more. The suppliers of technology have various risks and mostly risk is about the security of data
and encryption process. They overcome these risk and threats with using some techniques like,
 Layers of redundancy: add the layers of redundancy in the organization infrastructure like
cloud infrastructure, servers, telecom and networking. Select one independent component
for back up to save the system data at the time of failure.
 Disaster recovery: make a business continuity plan for disaster recovery which includes
all the understanding of where to go and what to do in case of interruption of business.
 Security: each organization need to aware of security, like cyber-attacks and another
related incident. Security should be maintained at infrastructure and physical level. The
server should be locked and monitor 24*7*265 (Alessandro K. 2014).
 Risk Buffering: risk buffer absorbs the risk efforts with no need of jeopardizing the
project. Contingency is the example of the buffer, large consistency used to reduce the
risk of the project which faces the problem of running out money before the completion
