This report presents the findings and analysis of a research study investigating e-wallet acceptance. The study utilized both a pilot test and an actual survey to gather data on user perceptions. The findings are presented in Chapter 4 and include a descriptive analysis, cross-tabulation, and Pearson correlation analysis. Key areas of focus include the impact of lifestyle on e-wallet use, privacy and security concerns, and the influence of alternative payment methods. The data analysis reveals insights into the factors that influence e-wallet adoption, such as gender and age group demographics. The report highlights the importance of addressing security and privacy concerns to increase e-wallet acceptance. The study also includes an evaluation of the reliability of the survey instruments used, with the goal of providing a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence e-wallet adoption.
