Introduction
The organization named Eagle Boys Pizza was formed in 1987 with the name of Dial-
a-Pizza Australia Pty. Ltd. that was situated in New South Wales. Tom Potter, the founder
and CEO of the organization was able to develop the topmost position of Dial-a-Pizza in the
fast food based industry. The marketing related process which had been implemented by the
founder was unique and unusual in nature. The company had expanded its operations from a
single store based restaurant to the largest chain of pizza in New Zealand and Australia.
The major objective of report is related to the methods that have been implemented by
the organization and unique style of market research which has been developed by Tom
Potter.
Determining the theoretical concepts which are applicable to matters discussed in case

The CEO and founder of Eagle Boys Pizza had implemented different theoretical
concepts which have helped the company to develop its position in the fast food industry. The
activities of Mr. Potter related to research and development have led to implementation of
different innovative concepts. The ideas which have been implemented by the CEO are based
on the increase in levels of competition in the fast food industry and differentiating the
products from their competitors. The CEO had thereby been able to implement different
