Entrepreneurship is defined as a skill to build a business enterprise out of a business idea.
This is a process which involves designing, launching and running a business set up. This report
is based on the case study of Eagle Eye Solution. Steve Rothwell is the founder of the Eagle Eye
Solution company. Company operates its business operations in information technology sector.
Henceforth, this report will emphasis over the competitiveness of company by analysing
different external and internal factors of company. A reflective analysis is also a part of this
report based on the experiences of the assessment conducted for this report.

which I have faced to complete this assignment. Gibb's model was developed in 1988 which has
6 stages in it which are description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan
(Wain, 2017). These are going to help me analyse the experience of mine during the assignment
and the goods and bad I faced while completing the assignment.
Description
Presentation I gave in class make me a little nervous because I was not too sure of result
which I was putting in front of everyone. Time management and team building was a main learns
I had to complete this assignment. Of course there were a lot of knowledge I received in this
industry I had selected but working as a team give me experience and be prepared for the future
tasks I have to do.
Feelings
This assignment was that I was excited about doing this assignment since there was a lot
of learning and making the organization which would be very helpful for us in the future.
Conflicts did arise while planning the assignment since I had different opinion for one topic and
that was the time I learned more from each other's knowledge and combined it to come to one
solution.
Evaluation
The assignment is that everyone put in their best but due to the limited time frame I had
low satisfaction level which is why the assignment is not done to the best performance of the
group. I personally felt like I could give in my personal the best if there was more time in hand.

work to everyone equally and give justification to the organization I selected. Work division was
important which I did not understand till the date of submission did not come closer. Task was
divided according to the talents I had which is very important since I got a better analysis of the

Conclusion from the assignment is that I felt like I learned a lot of this industry and the
group members with me also have a lot of new knowledge which was expected out of the
assignment. I could have put my personal best if the time was not limited with us and the results
would have been different and better.

this aspect which is going to make me have a better functioning and the assignment will have a
better result. The time management which I faced will make me have a better planned schedule
for the future so that the assignment will have a better result and my team will be guided better
because of the experience I hold. Doing different assignments will increase my knowledge and
make a better at functioning for myself which is going to make a better person.

I can grow in market by launching affordable products that must consist all qualities that
can meet all the needs of target customers. I can also invest in research and development
activities which will support in launching advanced IT equipments in market.
