Task Sequencing Approaches:
Task sequencing approaches are used to visualize the task in a manner that tasks can be seen
along with the time or duration they need to get accomplish. It involves the pursuit of prior or
emergent goals. It generates suggestions to improve learning by more appropriate forms of
sequencing. In this project, task sequencing approach that has been used is:
1. PERT or Program Evaluation Review Technique:
this technique was developed by the US Navy in 1950s and now it is also used for the project
management to make it easier to schedule and coordinate team to accomplish the work. It was
initially developed to simplify the scheduling and planning of tasks.
