Introduction
“Eagle sports” is an organization which provides sports equipment in Australia. The project
focuses on the business requirements of this organization. “Eagle sports” want to expand their
business online by enabling users from several foreign countries to order the products and return
the products. The original website has the option of purchasing the goods but to build the
customer base, it also wants that the customer should be able to return the goods also. The
project aim is to modify the website for Eagle Sports so that it can be made more functional.
Hence the project discusses the business requirements of Eagle Sports and focuses on the current
business process of it. Also, the changes that need to be implemented to make the website
globally available are also founded in the project. In order to design and implement the changes,
To-BE and ER diagram has been made. The entities discussed in the ER diagram have been
discussed by forming the normalized tables.

Time Management plan
The time management plan is important to be considered while planning a project as it helps in
planning and implementing the project successfully. In order to make the time management plan,
all the activities required to plan and manage the project are gathered and categorized according
to the priority level. The activities then have been listed in the chronological manner (Kerzner
and Kerzner, 2017). For each activity, starting date and the final date is important to be
considered so that the effective duration can be calculated before.

TO-BE Diagram
To-BE diagram is made to define the future state required in the website of Eagle sports
organization. The objective of the To-Be diagram is to define how the website will perform in
the future after implementing the changes required expanding the business of Eagle Sports
globally. To process is made and analyzed so as to find out how the business of Eagle Sport will
be affected. It also helps the team to know how the employees need to be trained (Ferme,
Ivanchikj and Pautasso, 2016).
In the To-Be process made below, the new features that will be added in the website have been
shown. In the old business process, the website allows the user to enter their personal
information such as name, email address, residential address and contact number. Once the user
registers into the system, he/she can select the equipment and add them into his/her cart and then
can request to purchase the good. Once the purchase is made the user is informed about the
arrival time of products. After which the products are shipped.
To enhance the business process and to expand the business, the process should be including the
option of returning the product when required. There should be the option of tracking the status
of shipment also. The website should add the functionality of letting all the users from all over
the globe buy and return the products online.

Comparison between TO-BE and AS-IS diagram
TO-BE diagram
The As-IS diagram made for “Eagle Sports” organization shows the current operations
performed by the organization. The operations performed by the organization are such as that the
user will generate the request in order to buy a product. The manager will acknowledge the
request and will provide it further to the manufacturing department. The department will look for
the availability of the product and the product is not available in the manufacturing cell, it will be
manufactured and the client will be notified of the same. Once the item is manufactured, it will
be shipped to the client who will then notify the manager regarding the product received.
In the To-BE diagram, the new functionalities have been added into the system which includes
tracking of the shipment before the product is delivered to the user. After a product is received
by the customer, he/she can also request for the return of the product. The return request will be
received by the manager and management team who will identify the order ID etc. to initiate the
return request. The client will be notified regarding the pickup time. Once the return is initiated
the refund for the same will be generated.

ER Diagram
ER diagram has been made according to the newly identified business process that will be added
to the website. In order to develop the database for the same, various entities have been identified
which includes Client, order request, payment, product, shipment status, and return request. Each
of the entity is related to Client and manager. The attributes of each entity which will uniquely
identify the records in the Client table and various other tables have been named as primary keys.
Foreign keys have also been identified and added to the ER diagram (Coronel and Morris, 2016).
