Introduction
“Eagle sports” is an organization which provides sports equipment in Australia. The project
focuses on the business requirements of this organization. “Eagle sports” want to expand their
business online by enabling users from several foreign countries to order the products and return
the products. The original website has the option of purchasing the goods but to build the
customer base, it also wants that the customer should be able to return the goods also. The
project aim is to modify the website for Eagle Sports so that it can be made more functional.
Hence the project discusses the business requirements of Eagle Sports and focuses on the current
business process of it. Also, the changes that need to be implemented to make the website
globally available are also founded in the project. In order to design and implement the changes,
To-BE and ER diagram has been made. The entities discussed in the ER diagram have been
discussed by forming the normalized tables.

Time Management plan
The time management plan is important to be considered while planning a project as it helps in

TO-BE Diagram
To-BE diagram is made to define the future state required in the website of Eagle sports
organization. The objective of the To-Be diagram is to define how the website will perform in
the future after implementing the changes required expanding the business of Eagle Sports

The As-IS diagram made for “Eagle Sports” organization shows the current operations
performed by the organization. The operations performed by the organization are such as that the
user will generate the request in order to buy a product. The manager will acknowledge the
request and will provide it further to the manufacturing department. The department will look for
the availability of the product and the product is not available in the manufacturing cell, it will be
manufactured and the client will be notified of the same. Once the item is manufactured, it will
be shipped to the client who will then notify the manager regarding the product received.
