food and accommodation facilities one cannot
lead a healthy life. It is very important for one
to fulfil their basic amenities that they can lead
a healthy life. Heath is most important aspect of
individual life. Proper and sufficient food is
very important for each and every individual for
this world. The main and only reason behind
illness is lack of food and accommodation
facilities. Food, shelter, health is basic
requirement of the lives, it is very essential to
fulfil them so that one can lead a healthy and
happy life (Betancourt, 2016).
While on the other hand there are various
reason which can affect the health and well
being of the poor people rather than food and
accommodation. These reasons can be
heretical problems or any other kinds of
infection etc., food and accommodation can
be the reason but they are not the only reason,
because there are people who are very poor
but still they are quite healthy. Yes, food and
accommodation are first and foremost
requirement of the individual but there are
some more needs that are important to be
fulfilled (Thomas, 2016).

medical and health care units. The main motive
of such organisations is used to gain the profits

Health care is very wide ad huge concept and there are number of people who are involved in its working
still they are insufficient in providing basic health and facilities to the poor and malnourished people,
because of the rigid concept that is associated with the health and medical organisations. It is important for
the people to come together and make an effort for implementing the actual meaning or health and medical
care organisation. There are lot of poor and unhealthy people who need proper assessment but they are
enable to receive because of the norms and policies that are constructed by the medical organisations are
mainly for their profit making and not for the well-being of the patients.

As per the given opinion it is very important that people should come together and take a step forward for
modifying the systems and patterns followed by the health care institutions, so that it can create positive
impact upon the health and wellbeing of the people who needed it. It includes various kinds of measures that
one can take in order to play an effective role in the recreating and reclaiming the vast utilized health care
resources. It also creates focus upon the fact that doctor's duty not end with writing prescription, it should be
part of their job to analyse whether these prescriptions are being followed by the patient or they are facing
any kind of problem in doing so.

There are number of organisation who work as the medical units but still there is no as such improvement in
the medical facilities which are being provided to the people and especially poor people (Guest, 2017). The
main reason behind this is that these units see it as a billion-dollar industry. Lots of funds are transferred to
these units per year, but it's not used for the welfare of the patients.
Everything in this world has some benefits and limitations, there are various medical units who work so
effectively and efficiently to provide premium services to their patients. As per the records there are various
numbers of doctors who treat patients as there family members and monitor and assess the health of there
patients on regular basis.
The main issue of this argument is that health and medical units are the present since last so many decades but
there working is not effective in order to provide benefits to the patients who highly needs their assessment
(Rinaldi, 2018). Reinventing rigid ad old aspects and concepts of health care is very important to reclaim the
resources which are provided by such units for the betterment of the poor people. Food and basic amenities are
the essential part of the individual lives it is important to provide proper food and nutrition to each person of
this society
It can be concluded that, now it comes the time when people come out from their own world and contribute in
the working of the society, because each and every individual is part of this society, so it’s their responsibility
to contribute in its enhancements.

'Should the government increase funding for the NHS?'
INTRODUCTION
The question for this essay is all about funding enhancement for NHS just because of lack of facilities
providing over there (Comas-Herrera, Wittenberg and Pickard, 2018). This supposed to be done in an
appropriate manner just because number of deaths from past few years tend to rises more and more. A major
focus is based on determining of various paths which enable in arrange money or funding for National Health
System, UK in order to improve working and operations so that number of deaths could be minimise and
reduce. This thing is appropriate as from compared with other health care institute NHS failed many times at
many levels which need to improve in a define frame. For this abbreviation, various books, journals, articles
lead to get underpin so that effective and better understanding about topic get done as well as better results lead

to derive in order to facilitate things proper.
Main Body
First issue
One of a major issue which taking place at NHS is that standard services and high quality standard
consideration getting missed due to deficit. Thus, government start framing budget for the National Health
Services so that better and effective working could be done in define resources. But there is a need to increase
funding by Government so that better and supportive standard could be met (Fisher and et. al., 2017). Thus
such deficit is a major issue or problem for a company which required to meet up properly in order to deliver
quality standard services for improving health related issues and problems.
Thus with a change course of time, demand for health care services tend to rises due to several reasons
which are more people are living longer as well as population also tend to rise with a course of time. Moreover,
with changing course of time new advancement related technologies are taking place which rises budget or
spending as well. Hence, as per a survey, number of individuals from 2005 to 2016, around 4% increment
determine in admission of hospitals (Does the NHS need more money? 2018). This stated that more and more
individuals getting treatment as compared with previous year.
The mismatch between demand of services and funding creating problem which need to assess by
government properly and evaluate appropriate paths as well to deal with them. Thus, government required to
increase funding for National Health Services where they could have met up with per person in real terms as
well as their health supposed to get improvise. NHS is not able to meet with current status of quality with
define budget reforms which further required to improve properly. If the budget gets improve or more funding
become possible, then NHS will lead to again reach to its quality level. Otherwise its negative implications
should be assessing in form of deaths and harmful diseases but nothing else.
Second issue
Another issue which associated with NHS working and increase of funding should be short of doctors
(Grant and et. al., 2018). National Health Services are the only concern which solely cover all kind of health
services provider in United Kingdom but due to lack of funding or receive of money. As many health institutes
which coming under NHS do not have sufficient money which create problem for doctors to provide their
services as they are not getting appropriate wages as per the consideration. This argument gets understand on
the basis of graphs and charts of comparison of Doctors between England and other countries of the world.
This issue or problem required to minimise properly by increase of funding as it enable them to provide salary
on time as well as provide them other monetary incentives as well.

On the basis of this define graph, it gets interpret that Australia have highest number of doctors which
contribute their best in delivering high standard services to each and every user properly so that better and
efficient gain supposed to be carried down. Although, from past few years, there is an active cut down lead to
evaluated in number of doctors present at UK which signify that there is a requirement of appropriate monetary
and funding policy. Such factor need to underpin by government properly so that they supposed to do things
properly as well as lead to minimise issues (Hiam and et. al., 2017). Major negative implications which
supposed to estimate by this consideration as many individuals will not get recover properly as well as proper
treatment for define cause also become impossible. Hence, government required to enhance their funding
which further assist them to manage such practices. Although with sufficient funding chances of deriving better
and appropriate doctor services will get continue. Hence, such aspect enables them to gain better and
supportive results and outcome for future consideration.
CONCLUSION
It gets concluded from the provided essay that funding by government is a whole and sole factor which
enable in order to deal with various issues. There are various issues and problems get identify which need to
minimise properly so that better and effective delivery of services become possible. Without sufficient money,
business not become able to deliver quality standard services which impacted their goodwill and made negative
influence between various individuals. On the other hand, fund is required to meet daily needs of patients at
health care which further support to recover them properly as well as better gain could be derive.
