E-cigarette was introduced in market in 2003 as a substitute to tobacco cigarette
E-cigarette promoted on the global level in 2007 when it entered in US market.
Evidence related to E-cigarette in terms of pros and corns has been explored.

Advantage 1 E-cigarette act better option for chance smokes in terms of health
Advantage 2 E-cigarette helps in lowering tobacco consumption in the society.

Conclusion
I believe that E-cigarette have both advantage and dis advantage but it depends on the
viewpoint of different people. From chain smoke point of view it offers advantage but
from general point of view it is risk to health.
