Intercultural experiences in today's global economy is changing according to changing their work
experiences. Organization have to maintain proper communication with their people or
employers for making them more comfortable at workplace. Currently I am working on project
work department where I have faced many situations and not proper interaction between any
others employees. During my training I have faced many issues from my team leader and
manager for their coordination (Isotalus and Kakkuri, 2018). Like when file comes to me for
writing completing their task and many or it is too difficult to understand that task and due to
busy my leader do not handle out my situation for work. Many of time I have faced some
situation and try to face this challenges with the help of my seniors advice. Communication is
most important part for every organization that must be strong for making interaction among
people and other employee. Technology must be needed to be complete for making their task
easier and achievable.
Due to lack of communication also I am facing some conflicts and cultural differences may also
cause difficulties for non-verbal communications as mixed setting for information. Interactive
cultural may also cause some conflicts among work and other employee. As sometime I have
avoided eye contact with my manager for having some issue which directly effected to my work
and sometime I am not able to understand work. From manager side they have poor motivation
skills and no interaction between their employees and do not interpret with any work. In
workplace, I have also face negative attitude from my supervisor side. In some cases they make
distrust and dislikes or either try to avoid some suggestions (Liontas and Siegel, 2018). In
organization HR policies and procedure have lacked with their terms and condition and do not
have proper communication with them regarding leaves or salary.
HR just pass out some information on Email and do not have proper skills that some other who
are busy with their they do not have seen emails, as they do not come and communicate with
each employee and directly communicate through online. Somewhat manger also share corrupt
information from us related to organization or work, as they never try to encourage their
employee and never give feedback regarding their work.

Recommendations should be as working organization should have proper use of allocation along
with proper seating arrangement and currently due to Covid-19 no proper seating arrangement
for employee and no social distancing have been maintained in this office. HR also should need
to focused on this pandemic as they just refers to keep social distancing as some employees are
not following that rules. Not having communication of activities under work pressure and just try
to communicate via emails which some many employees do not refer (Walker, Cardon and Aritz,
2018). As they have to maintain proper communication among their employees and generate
good safety and health environment for their employees at workplace. While for having
allocation of resource an well communication they need to update more technology and try to
make more strategies for developing their business and give proper training to their new
employees and make them more effective that they can work under pressure of their work load.
