and therefore expect the same from others .
• This is the expected benchmark which customers expect from other e-retailers as
well and if these results cannot be met, then it should be close to it.

• Returns Logistics - Returns stay at a continuous proportion of
quantity of revenues, generally based on the channel of distribution
and market. It is essential to have a fast and efficient return handling
method that manages returns accompanied with other store workflows
of any high-return sectors for instance clothing.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
• Any web presence comes with a loophole of security and privacy.
• Mobile presence is an immediate need for Eargasm.
• Security and privacy issues have also been catered through techniques
Secure Socket Layer, Digital Signatures and Certificates, etc.
