INTRODUCTION
A safe and healthy environment for children needs to be established and maintained in
the State of Queensland. There is a need to implement and promote effective hygiene practices
for the health and safety of children. National Quality Standard (NQS) set the national
benchmark for early childhood education and care. In order to support National law, National
Regulation provides information on the range of operational requirement for education and care
service. The roles and responsibilities of workers and officers in Work Health and Safety
regulator for children will be presented in this assessment.
TASK-1

Care is to make sure that program and practices that related with education need to

maximize opportunities for each child's learning this program organza various activities
such as quiz, debate etc. for the children. All the information and documentation related
to child's program and progress is made available to families. To extend each child's
learning the educators use intentional teaching to respond to children's ideas and play.
Children health and safety - This area will mainly focus to reduce the risks and secure
children from injuries, infection and harm. It will promote the health and safety of

In order to maintain children's health and safety, the practice of promoting physical
activity among children aligns with NQS. It ensures that educators, coordinators and staff
