the possible hygiene practices and the educators should ensure the preparation and storing of the
food.

I genuinely feel that work life balance is the most important key for working with the individuals
when I am part of this industry where I need to take care of people and try to strike balance
between everything, becomes very critical. While dealing closely with the tensed situation that
includes the deterioration of the health and the residents passing away with the emotionally
burdening. The increased level of the stress that has comes as a result of not only the impacts of
care workers’ or the wellbeing but it could also lead to the mistakes, such as medication errors.
