style that is being characterized by the individual control over the other. It is to be noted that in

b) Democratic leader- it is also known as the participative leadership or the shared leadership. It
is the kind of leadership in which the members of the team tends to play an active role in the
decision making process. It is to be noted that this kind of leadership is applied to any
organization from that of a private business to that of the schools to that of the government.
c) Laissez-faire leader- laissez faire leaders tends to give the possible guidance to the
subordinates and even try to acquire control through less obvious means. This kind of leaders
tends to feel that if the employees in an organization are left alone in their respective
responsibilities and obligations then they can excel significantly.

around an individual. It tends to mean beyond the present physical reach of an individual.
However, for the purpose of business in Vietnam, the city or the province in which one tends to
