Q2. The three things that I will do in order to ensure that the documents are connected to the
work are as follows:
 By making everybody understand of the importance of the documents as the history or
the data recorded in the file will help to track the activities of the child in itself.
 It is very important for the leader to align the goal of the individual with the goal of the
organization
 Thirdly, it is important for the qualifications matches with the qualification that is
actually required by the organization.
Q3. The possible career paths for Aaron is that of a preschool teacher.
The early childhood care education tends to help the teacher to learn to work in different
environments consistently (Carneiro, Meghir and Parey, 2013). Similarly, the preschool teacher
will be able to work at various positions in different organizations such as the public or the
private schools.

Q4. a)Autocratic leader- is also known as he authoritarian leader. This is a kind of leadership
style that is being characterized by the individual control over the other. It is to be noted that in
this kind of leadership very few input is being taken from the others
b) Democratic leader- it is also known as the participative leadership or the shared leadership. It
is the kind of leadership in which the members of the team tends to play an active role in the
decision making process. It is to be noted that this kind of leadership is applied to any
organization from that of a private business to that of the schools to that of the government.
c) Laissez-faire leader- laissez faire leaders tends to give the possible guidance to the
subordinates and even try to acquire control through less obvious means. This kind of leaders
tends to feel that if the employees in an organization are left alone in their respective
responsibilities and obligations then they can excel significantly.
Q5. It is the role of the leader to make right rules and regulations which will be benefiting both
the organization and all the individuals who work under it. The leader must follow the rules and
the regulations and set a good example so that by looking at him, others tends to follow as well.
Q6. Lewis change management model is one of the most popularly used change management
model. The steps that are involved in the process is that of the unfreezing, changing and
refreezing. Unfreezing tends to mean creating awareness about the necessary change. the
changing step is also regarded as the transitioning or the process of moving. After the people are

being unfrozen, they can step towards the change. refreezing is considered to be the final step of
the model. After the change is being implemented, reinforcing the stability and solidifying the
change is very much required.
Q7. The global environment tends to mean the larger external environment that tends to lie
around an individual. It tends to mean beyond the present physical reach of an individual.
However, for the purpose of business in Vietnam, the city or the province in which one tends to
live in tends to be the local environment.
Q8. As the parents are very much advanced and are aware of the positive impact of the early
childhood care, the programs which are related to the early childhood are getting more in
advanced with more number of attendance (Williams et al.,2014). However, because of the use
of the technology, education tends to lie beyond the classroom with the utilization of the iPad
and the laptops. On the other hand, the textbooks are getting extinct. Students tends to learn or
read in their eBooks (Winokur, Holtan and Batchelder, 2014).
Q9 a) It is because of the fact that I have work ahead of me, I will ask my other colleague to
investigate the matter and look into it. However, as soon as I have finished my work I will ask

b) The steps that I will take in order to investigate the matter are as follows:
 I would investigate the situation in which the accident took place.
 I would ask the others who were present in the situation to describe what happened
 Thirdly, I would ask the medical professionals about the cause of the pain of the child.

 I would ask the child in some way or the other about the fall.
 I would check the cctv footage in order to get the right information.

The risk control measures that can be taken are as follows
 A substitute person must be there to take care of the child. it must take a maximum of 15
to 20 days to get new individuals appointed (Follari, 2015).
 Constant investigation must be made that nappies are always there. It must be done on a
daily basis (McKinney et al., 2017).
 The child must be taken along so get hold of the nappy. It must be done on a daily basis
(Olfson, Druss and Marcus, 2015).
d) The mother of Chloe can be called for a meeting or a letter can be sent to the mother so that
the process or the outcome of the investigation can be discussed with her.
e) In order to ensure that the service is presented in the best possible way, cctv will be installed
within the premise which will help in seeing the actions of every individual..Other than that,
individuals examining the performance of the others so ensure that the child is properly being
taken care of will be appointed (Copeland, Khoury and Kalkwarf, 2016).
