One learning proposal:
Early childhood is a period of enormous growth and development where children shaped
as an adult by their childhood experience. Therefore, the proper environment for childhood
education is needed for every child (Edwards & Gandini, 2018). From the case studies provided
in the previous section, the best learning proposal for the future direction is quality early youth
program which aids in developing visual experience, cognitive development.
Two teaching strategy:
Most effective teaching strategy is to create an enthusiastic environment where every
adolescent will gain the ability to learn and gain data in general idea in a natural way. Another
effective strategy to teach children is early youth training to guide them for learning new things
and make them enthusiastic for their quality (Elango et al., 2015).
Educator’s role:
Educator plays a crucial role since they are the primary caregiver for the early childhood
education where they guide them to acquire new skills for their cognitive development and
enhance their interest for being passionate about learning procedure (Edwards & Gandini,
2018).
Resources of early childhood educations:
The resources of the early childhood educations are colourful books, enthusiastic
conditions, physical and mindful conditions, and involvement of family and community (Elango
et al., 2015).
