The plan that I
implemented for
ensuring the care and
concern of children that

involved a number of
hurdles. The first one
was to gain the
facilitation of care staff
in order to effectively
execute the plan. The
second was to procure
the necessary resources
such as physical,
financial and
technological with the
help of plan can be
successfully
implemented. The third
hurdle was to get
support from the
parents of children who
have been admitted to
the respective childcare
centre. On the contrary,
there were some
successes also attached
