Statement of Philosophy
I believe that a great teacher motivates and inspires learners by fostering a reciprocal association between the
instructor and the learners. I believe that for such relationship to be built, teachers must identify and
acknowledge their duty to learners and learners to appreciate their responsibility to their teachers. My
responsibility as an instructor include; providing a conducive atmosphere for learning, providing learners
with materials, opportunities and timely feedback. This will motivate and inspire learners to gain knowledge
for daily challenges at work and solving societal problems. On the other hand, learners will have a
responsibility to me, themselves and the community. The learners will be supportive to me to help the gain
knowledge by being tolerant to different points of view, being ready to take up classes as scheduled in the
time table and contributing actively by bringing their life experience to classroom. To the community, the
learners must strive to practice what they learn in class in real life situation to help in solving societal issues.
The management structure
Daycare service providers require a properly designed management structure to promote effective work
culture for all stakeholders to comply with all child care regulations. It is this structure that provides the
platform for conducting the chores of the day care unit. Organizations are advised to implement the contents
of the day care management structures in order to achieve specific goals and objectives for which they are
established.
